Abstract:
cilj merjenja organizacijske klime je spoznati trenutno organizacijsko klimo v podjetju. Rezultate organizacijske klime je potebno ustrezno analizirati in jih predstaviti vsem zaposlenim. Dobro ocenjene kategorije so prizanje in potrditev dobrega dela v preteklosti. Slabše ocenjene kategorije pa je potrebno vzeti kot izziv za naprej.

PERCEPTION OF MEASURING OF ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE
Abstract:
The main goal of measurement of organisational climate is to reveal the current organisational climate in the company. The results of measurement of organisational climate should be adequately analyzed and introduced to all the emloyees. Categories, which have good grades, are the confirmation for good work in the past, categories with bad grades should be taken as a challenge for our future efforts.
