Abstract:
Diplomsko delo govori o uvajanju celovite programske rešitve Datalab Pantheon v prodajni proces podjetja Biring d.o.o., kjer je bil prodajni proces zaradi več nepovezljivih modulov nepregleden in zamuden. V diplomski nalogi so najprej predstavljene teoretične osnove prenove poslovnih procesov. V nadaljevanju je predstavljeno obstoječe stanje in podrobno opisan prodajni proces v obstoječih poslovno informacijskih rešitvah. Obstoječi prodajni proces je prikazan tudi grafično, iz česar so razvidne vse aktivnosti, ki jih morajo izvesti udeleženci v prodajnem procesu. V naslednjem poglavju je predstavljeno uvajanje nove celovite programske rešitve Datalab Pantheon, s podporno rešitvijo prodajnemu procesu. V zadnjem poglavju so predstavljeni odzivi naročnikov in predlogi za nadaljnji razvoj.

IMPLEMENTATION OF ERP APPLICATION FOR SALES PROCESS
Abstract:
The diploma thesis describes the implementation of a enterprise resource planing (ERP) solution Datalab Pantheon, in the sales process of the company Biring d.o.o. Their sales process used to be non-transparent and slow, which was due to non-compatible modules. In the first part the thesis presents theoretical basis of business process redesign. Further on, it presents the existing situation and a detailed description of the sales process within the existing business IT solutions. The existing sales process is decsribed graphically as well and it highlights all the activities, which have to be performed by all the participants in the sales process. The next chapter presents the implementation of the ERP solution Datalab Pantheon with a support function to the sales process. The last chapter describes the response of the subscribers and suggestions for further development.
