Abstract:
Vsebina diplomske naloge obravnava problematiko, ki se pojavlja pri delovanju in vzdrževanju tlačno livarskega stroja Bühler. V nalogi je najprej opisana problematika dokumentacije, ki je bila dobavljena skupaj s strojem in jo je bilo potrebno popraviti skladno s standardom SIST ISO 1219. Podrobno je opisano tudi delovanje stroja za tlačno litje v vseh ključnih fazah delovanja ter krmiljenje proporcionalnih in servo ventilov, ki so vgrajeni na stroju. S pomočjo funkcijskega diagrama je podrobno analizirano tudi pravilno delovanje stroja.

Title:
Operation and maintenance of die casting machine Bühler
Abstract:
The content of this diploma work deals with the problems occurring in the operation and maintenance of Bühler die casting machine. Problems with documentation, that was supplied with the machine and had to be corrected in accordance with SIST ISO 1219 standard, are presented at the beginning. Operation of the die casting machine is described in detail in all key phases of operation. The control of the proportional and servo valves, which are installed on the machine, is also described. The proper functioning of the machine is analyzed in detail according to the attached functional diagrams.
