Title:EVALVACIJA PONUDBE ŽIVALSKEGA VRTA LJUBLJANA

Abstract:Obiskovalci v živalski vrt pridejo z določenimi pričakovanji. Njihovo zadovoljstvo z obiskom in storitvami v vrtu je odvisno od tega, v kolikšni meri je vrt izpolnil njihove želene potrebe in pričakovanja. Živalski vrt ima namen zagotoviti pozitivno izkušnjo vsakemu obiskovalcu in mu ponuditi storitve, ki bodo zadovoljile njegove potrebe, vendar pa je veliko odvisno tudi od velikosti pričakovanja posameznega obiskovalca. Za ugotovitev zadovoljstva obiskovalcev pa lahko uporabimo evalvacijo in poskušamo ovrednotiti ponudbo v ljubljanskem živalskem vrtu. V tem magistrskem delu je evalvacija ali vrednotenje obravnavano v smislu ugotavljanja zadovoljstva obiskovalcev glede ponudbe živalskega vrta v Ljubljani. Ocena lahko pripomore k izboljšanju kakovosti storitev in ponudbe. Z njo lahko dosežemo večjo učinkovitost, izboljšave, spremembe, uvedemo ukrepe itd. Vrednotenje je potekalo kot sistematično zbiranje informacij in podatkov strokovne domače in tuje literature, uporabili smo metodo anketnega vprašalnika, kateremu je sledila obdelava in analiza podatkov, na koncu pa smo dodali še možne predloge za izboljšave na tem področju. Namen magistrskega dela je predstaviti živalski vrt v splošnem pomenu, predstaviti živalski vrt v Ljubljani, njegovo ponudbo in storitve ter to ovrednotiti. Naš cilj pa je ugotoviti stopnjo zadovoljstva obiskovalcev s tem kar vrt ponuja in analizirati dobljene podatke. Raziskovali smo ponudbo v ljubljanskem živalskem vrtu in zadovoljstvo obiskovalcev z njo oz. storitvami v vrtu. Za naše merilo ocenitve ponudbe v vrtu smo postavili zadovoljstvo. Merila kot so koristnost, učinkovitost, zanimivost pa so ravno tako lahko ocena vsakega posameznika posebej, tako je lahko vsak obiskovalec ocenil kvaliteto in vrednost podano samo s svojim osebnim mnenjem. Za ocenitev kvalitete in vrednosti ponudbe smo v nalogi uporabili anketo, kjer je lahko obiskovalec podal svoje mnenje in s tem izrazil svoje zadovoljstvo. Ugotovili smo, da so obiskovalci zelo zadovoljni z igrali, prijaznostjo zaposlenih v samem vrtu in splošno zanimivostjo vrta, sledijo dostopnost informacij, urejenost in čistoča vrta, delavnice in razna dogajanja, »vidljivost« in opisi živali ter oznake po vrtu, različne vrste živali, predstavitve živali in število vseh živali v vrtu. Največ obiskovalcev je srednje zadovoljnih z »vidljivostjo« živali v ogradah, z opisi živali, dostopom do informacij, raznovrstnostjo živali, čistočo vrta in zanimivostjo živali. Obiskovalci pa so najmanj zadovoljni z gostinsko ponudbo in ceno vstopnic. Glede na ugotovitve smo sklenili, da je trenutna ponudba glede na finance dobra in da so obiskovalci z njo v večini zadovoljni, nekateri tudi zelo zadovoljni. Naše mnenje je, da je ponudba za obiskovalce koristna in zanimiva, storitve pa učinkovite in zanimive. Med stalnim uvajanjem izboljšav v servisu za obiskovalce bi na tem mestu priporočili večje promoviranje za dve ciljni skupini. Potrebno bi bilo razširiti ponudbo za mlajše od dvajset let in starejše od petdeset let ter posvetiti večjo pozornost uspešnemu izboru živali, ki bodo za obiskovalce atraktivne in zanimive. Glavni razlog, da smo se v magistrski nalogi posvetili tej temi je, da menimo, da obstaja premalo raziskav narejenih v ljubljanskem živalskem vrtu na vseh možnih področjih. In ker sem sama tudi zaposlena tu, je bila moja želja, da tudi sama magistriram na temo živalskih vrtov ter iz ocen anketiranj pridobim čimveč koristnih podatkov, ki bi bili na kakršenkoli način uporabni za sam vrt in bi pripomogli k njegovemu učinkovitejšemu razvoju. Želimo si, da bi naloga vsaj malo pripomogla k temu, da ljudje vidijo, da se vsi zaposleni v vrtu trudimo, da vrt postane lepši in kvalitetnejši ne samo za obiskovalce, ampak predvsem za živali, ki v njem živijo, in da je edina in največja ovira njegovemu hitremu razvoju vedno samo pomanjkanje denarnih sredstev.

Title:VALUATION OF OFFER BY ZOOLOGICAL GARDEN OF LJUBLJANA
Abstract:Visitors to the zoo come with certain expectations. Their satisfaction with the visit and the services of the garden depends on the extent to which the garden met their desired needs and expectations. The zoo is designed to ensure a positive experience for each visitor and offer services that will meet their needs, but a lot depends on the size of each visitor's expectations. To determine visitor satisfaction, you can use the evaluation and try to evaluate the offer in the Ljubljana Zoo. In this thesis, the evaluation or evaluation of the present in order to determine visitor satisfaction with the supply of the zoo in Ljubljana. Evaluation can help improve the quality of service and supply. It can achieve greater efficiency improvements, the changes introduced measures, etc.. The evaluation was conducted as a systematic collection of information and data to domestic and foreign professional literature, we used the method of the survey questionnaire, which was followed by processing and analyzing data, in the end we add possible suggestions for improvements in this area. The purpose of thesis is to present a zoo in the general sense, to present the zoo in Ljubljana and its offer and services and this evaluation. Our goal is to determine the level of visitor satisfaction with what the garden offers and analyzing the resulting data. We studied the offer in Ljubljana zoo and visitor satisfaction with her or. services in the garden. For our measure of the tenders of the garden, we set satisfaction. Criteria such as utility, efficiency, interesting but also can estimate each individual, so every visitor can evaluate the quality and value delivered only by your own personal opinion. To assess the quality and value we offer in this paper use survey, where visitors can give their opinion, expressing his satisfaction. We found that visitors were very satisfied with the play, very friendly staff and general garden garden attractions, followed by availability of information, organization and cleanliness of the garden, workshops and miscellaneous events, "visibility" and descriptions of animals and the tags in the garden, various kinds of animals presentation of animals and the number of animals in the garden. Most users are satisfied with the medium "visibility" of animals in pens, with descriptions of animals, access to information, diversity of animals, cleanliness of the garden, and animal attractions. The visitors were least satisfied with the catering offer and the price of tickets. According to the findings, we concluded that the current tender in terms of finances and good to have visitors to her in the most happy, some of them very happy. Our view is that the offer for visitors useful and interesting services, but effective and interesting. During the constant introduction of improvements in service for visitors in this place recommendations greater promotion of the two target groups. It would be necessary to expand the range of less than twenty years and more than fifty years and to pay greater attention to the successful selection of animals that will be attractive and interesting visitors. The main reason that we focus in this dissertation topic, in our opinion there is little research made in Ljubljana zoo in all possible areas. And since I had also worked there, I had the desire to write its own master's thesis on the topic of the zoos and the estimates of the survey get as much useful information that could in any way useful for the garden itself and contributing to more efficient development. We want to make the task a little help to people to see that everyone working in the garden trying to make the garden more beautiful and better quality not only for visitors, but especially for animals to live, and that the only and biggest obstacle to its rapid development are only a lack of funds.
