Abstract:
V tehniški praksi se za prenos točnih mer na določene merilne inštrumente uporabljajo tako imenovani kalibracijski obroči različnih dimenzij. Te obroče, ki so praviloma zelo točno in fino obdelani je potrebno periodično na določeni globini in v določeni smeri premeriti. V laboratoriju za tehnološke meritve imamo možnost meriti kalibracijske obroče na treh različnih merilnih napravah in sicer na univerzalnem merilniku dolžine ULM 01- 600C, z laserskim interferometrom v kombinaciji s koordinatno merilno napravo (KMN)- ZEISS ter izključno s KMN - ZEISS UMC-850. Namen moje naloge je na osnovi primerjalnih meritev 32 kosov obročev določiti najoptimalnejšo metodo merjenja. Pri tem je potrebno upoštevati raznolikost možnosti merjenja merilnih kalibrov kar je določeno s težo, dimenzijo in tudi obliko (tri kraki kalibri).

Methodenvergleich beim messen von innendurchmesser
Abstract:
In der technischen Praxis werden oft für die Übertragung der genauen Maße vom Kaliber auf Messmittel die Kalibrierringe verwendet. Diese Ringe sind normalerweise hochgenau gefertigt. Nach bestimmten zeitlichen Abständen müssen sie auch kalibriert werden und zwar in bestimmter Höhe und in definierter Richtung. Im Labor für Feinmesstechnik haben wir die Möglichkeit Ringe nach drei verschiedenen Verfahren zu messen und zwar mit Universaler Längenmessmaschine (ULM 01-600C), mit Laser Interferometer in Verbindung mit der Koordinaten Messmaschine (KMN) ZEISS UMC-850 und nur mit der KMN ZEISS UMC-850. Absicht meiner Diplomarbeit war anhand 32 Stück Kalibrierringe die optimale Messmethode zu finden. Dabei musste berücksichtigt werden Ringe vermessen zu können und zwar nach dem Kriterium des Gewichtes, der Dimension und der Form (Kaliber mit drei Schenkel).
