Title:Odločitveni model za izbiro in ocenjevanje dobavitelja trgovskega blaga

Abstract:V magistrski nalogi smo predstavili pomen nabavne funkcije v trgovskem podjetju, s poudarkom na procesu izbire in ocenjevanja dobaviteljev. Pravilna izbira temelji predvsem na dobri raziskavi potencialnih in obstoječih dobaviteljev in na pravilnem postopku izbire.S pomočjo programa za podporo odločanju DEXi smo razvili model večparametrskega odločanja, ki nam omogoča izbiro dobavitelja trgovskega blaga. Kriterije za postavitev odločitvenega modela so bili oblikovani na podlagi znanja, želja kupcev in na predhodnih izkušnjah strokovnjakov iz projektne skupine. Cilj odločitvenega modela je olajšati proces odločanja pri izbiri najboljšega dobavitelja, sprejeti argumentirane in kvalitetne odločitve in pri tem skrajšati čas izbire. Model izbire najprimernejšega dobavitelja smo konkretno preizkusili na ponudbi košarice trgovskega blaga za določen projekt in analizirali še njegove prednosti, slabosti, nevarnosti in priložnosti.

Title:Decision making model for selection and evaluation of merchandise supplier
Abstract:In this paper we presented the meaning of purchasing in trading company, with the emphasis in the process of selection and evaluation the suppliers. The right choice is mainly based on good research of our potential and existing suppliers and on right process of selection. With the help of decision support programme DEXi, we developed the multi-attribute decision making model, which allows a selection of merchandise suppliers. Criteria for setting up decision model were formed based on knowledge, customer requests and previous experience of experts from the project group. The goal of this decision making model is to facilitate the process of choosing the best supplier, to accept argumentative and qualitative decisions and in this way shorten the selection time. The model was tested on the offer of merchandise for specific project and was analysed in its advantages, disadvantages, dangers and opportunities.
