Abstract:V diplomskem delu opisujemo izvedbo povezave med programsko naročniško centralo Asterisk in sistemom za upravljanje s strankami SugarCRM. V sistem sugarCRM vgradimo gumba za dodajanje in brisanje uporabnika iz centrale Asterisk, centrali Asterisk pa spremenimo klicni načrt, tako da se med izvajanjem klicev zapisujejo podatki o klicu v podatkovno bazo. Te podatke lahko preverjamo v vmesniku sistema SugarCRM. Na centralo povežemo IP-telefon Swissvoice, telefon VoIP Nokia E72 ter programski telefon X-Lite. Povezavo preizkusimo ter prikažemo delovanje vmesnika sistema SugarCRM in centrale Asterisk.

Title:CONNECTION OF A SOFTWARE PRIVATE BRANCH EXCHANGE WITH A CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Abstract:In this diploma thesis, we describe the development of a connection between an Asterisk software private branch exchange and a SugarCRM customer relationship management system. In the SugarCRM system we install two buttons for adding and removing of users from the telephone exchange. At the Asterisk telephone exchange we modify the dialplan in such a way that when calls take place all the information about the call is stored into a database. Later on we can see this information with a SugarCRM web based interface. To the telephone exchange we connect Swissvoice IP-phone, Nokia E72 VoIP mobile phone and an X-Lite softphone. We test the connection and show how the SugarCRM interface and the Asterisk telephone exchange operate.
