Abstract:
Pomembno vlogo v proizvodnem procesu izdelave magnetnih tesnil za vgradnjo v hladilno-zamrzovalne aparate nosi preudarno investiranje v nove tehnologije in strog nadzor nad stroški proizvodnje. V diplomski nalogi se predstavi projekt posodobitve s pol avtomatizirane na avtomatizirano proizvodno linijo za izdelavo PVC profilov z vstavljanjem magnetnih trakov. Glavni cilji avtomatizirane linije so: povečanje produktivnosti, znižanje stroškov in zmanjševanje vpliva človeškega faktorja. Z Combinex metodo se nato prikaže izbor boljše variante, ki izpolnjuje zadane cilje. Na koncu se s pomočjo kalkulacije prihranka stroškov in dobo vračilnega obdobja investicije predstavi tudi smotrnost posodobitve proizvodne linije. Veliko prostora za nadaljnji razvoj se predvideva tudi v zaključni fazi varjenja profilov v magnetna tesnila.

Title:
PROJECT OF PVC EXTRUSION LINE AUTOMATION WITH MAGNETIC STRIP INSERTION
Abstract:
Important role in the production process of magnetic gaskets for installation in refrigeration appliances bear a prudent investment in new technology and strict control over production costs. The thesis of the project is to present the transition from a half-automated to a fully automated production line for the production of PVC profiles with magnetic strip insertion. The main objectives of automated lines are: increasing productivity, lowering costs and reducing the impact of the human factor. The Combinex method then shows a selection of improved variants, which meet those objectives. At the end the calculations through cost savings and payback period of the investment also prove the efficiency of the automated production line. A considerable scope for further development in the final stage of welding profiles in magnetic gaskets is expected.
