Title:USTVARJALNOST IN INOVATIVNOST SLOVENSKIH PODJETIJ

Abstract:Z raziskovanjem pri pisanju diplomskega dela smo ugotovili, da sta ustvarjalnost in inovativnost povezana pojma in v današnjih razmerah predstavljata velik pomen za podjetja. Podjetja, ki želijo v današnjih konkurenčnih razmerah preživeti, morajo čim več delati na inovativnosti podjetja in ustvarjalnosti zaposlenih. Zaposleni so tisti, ki bodo predlagali inovativne predloge in se bodo lotili reševanja problemov. Zato je pomembno, da vodje poskušajo oblikovati time in motivirati zaposlene k čim večji ustvarjalnosti. Prav tako je potrebno vpeljati različne metode za spodbujane ustvarjalnosti zaposlenih. Pri tem pravzaprav gre za nove načine spodbujanja in motiviranja zaposlenih, da izrazijo svoje ideje in sodelujejo. Glede na povzetke raziskav smo ugotovili, da Slovenija še vedno zaostaja za vodilnimi inovativnimi evropskimi državami, vendar pa se stanje iz leta v leto izboljšuje.Zanimalo pa nas ni le splošno stanje, ampak tudi kako je z ustvarjalnostjo posameznega podjetja v Sloveniji, zato smo se odločili za raziskavo v enem izmed slovenskih podjetju. Za podjetje smo ugotovili, da je na dobri poti, saj že ima vpeljan sistem nagrajevanja za inovativne predloge, ki ga bo še potrebno malo nadgraditi in dodelati, da se bo ustvarjalnost še bolj povečala. Tudi zaposleni so pripravljeni in si želijo še več izobraževati in delati na metodah ustvarjalnega razmišljanja in ustvarjalnosti na sploh.

Title:CREATIVENESS AND INNOVATIVNESS OF SLOVENIAN COMPANIES
Abstract:With the research while writing the diploma work I have found that creativity and innovation are closely linked to the concept and that they represent great importance for the company in today's situation. Companies that wish to survive in today's competitive situation should work on innovation of the company and on creativity of the employees. Employees are the one who will put forward innovative proposals and will address the problems. So it is important for the leaders to try to create teams and motivating employees to greater creativity. It is also necessary to introduce different methods for promoting creativity of employees. This is actually about new ways to encourage and motivate employees to express their ideas and to participate. According to summaries of research, we found that Slovenia is still behind the leading innovative countries in Europe, but the situation is improving from year to year. Our aim is not only the general situation, but also the creativity of each company in Slovenia, so we decided to investigate one of Slovenian companies. We found out that this company is on track, as it has already introduced a system of rewards for innovative proposals, but that will have to be a little bit improved and refined, and will further on enhance the creativity. Even the employees are willing and want to learn more methods and work on methods of creative thinking and creativity in general.
