Abstract:
Diplomska naloga predstavlja realizacijo nadzora kompresorske postaje v laboratoriju za procesno vodenje. Razdeljena je na dva dela, in sicer na teoretični del, ki opisuje uporabljene komponente ter LON tehnologijo. V drugem delu diplomske naloge je predstavljena izvedba procesa. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen koncept daljinskega vodenja in nadzora stanja kompresorja. Z LON tehnologijo smo omogočili nadzor nad kompresorjem. S pomočjo i.Lon strežnika se spremljajo stanja kompresorja, in sicer temperatura cilindra kompresorja, čas obratovanja in omogočen daljinski vklop ali izklop kompresorja. Realizacija daljinskega vklopa ali izklopa je izvedena z digitalnim modulom podjetja Echelon. Krmilje motorja je izvedeno s standardnim kontaktorjem podjetja Iskra in s pomožnim relejem. Vse to je postavljeno v kovinsko omaro, ki je nameščena na steno tik ob kompresorju. V laboratoriju pa je nameščena manjša omarica, v kateri se nahajajo strežnik in tipke za lokalni vklop ali izklop kompresorja. Za spremljanje parametrov na spletu je izdelana osnovna spletna stran ter opisan postopek realizacije. V diplomski nalogi so prikazane rešitve in konfiguracija potrebnih komponent za realizacijo nadzora kompresorske postaje.

Title:
COMPRESSOR STATION AUTOMATION
Abstract:
The diploma work presents the realization of control compressor station in the laboratory for process control. It is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical part, which describes the used components and the LON technology. The second part presents the implementation of the process. The concept of remote control and supervision of the compressor is described. With LON technology we allow control over the compressor. By using web server i.Lon 1000 we observe state of the compressor through the compressor cylinder temperature, duration of operation and remote control (ON or OFF) of compressor. Remote control is realized with a digital module of company Echelon. The control circuit was carried out using standard connectors Iskra and auxiliary relay. All this is placed in an electrical cabinet which is mounted on the wall next to the compressor. In the laboratory is also placed a smaller electrical cabinet in which are the server and the keyboard for local ON or OFF for the compressor. To monitor parameters on the internet we have made a basic HTML web page with description of realized process. The diploma shows various solutions to the problem of remote control and configuration of components which are necessary to realize control of the compressor station.
