Abstract:
Obravnavan paket pravokotnih torzijskih vzmeti se uporablja za dvigovanje loput na vojaškem vozilu, ki jih vgrajujejo v Sistemski tehniki ARMAS d.o.o. Izračunan torzijski moment v enačbah po literaturi, ni zagotovil potrebnega momenta v praksi. V različnih literaturah je prikazan postopek računanja torzijskega momenta, s katerim omogočimo dvig lopute določene teže. Na osnovi primerjave med različnimi literaturami in eksperimentalnega preizkušanja smo ugotovili, da so rezultati med seboj primerljivi. Eksperimentalno smo ugotovili, da se torzijski moment spreminja glede na način vpetja pravokotnih vzmeti, kar je lahko vzrok za razhajanje med izračunano karakteristiko in dejansko karakteristiko vzvojnega paketa vzmeti. Za zagotovitev torzijskega momenta, je potrebno opredeliti primerno vpetje pravokotnih vzmeti, saj v literaturi način vpetja ni natančno opredeljen, zaradi česar pride do razhajanja med izračunano karakteristiko in dejansko.

A package of rectangular torsion bars is used for lifting flaps in military vehicles as product by company Sistemska tehnika ARMAS d.o.o. The calculated torsional moment in equations from literature did not provide the necessary moment in practice. Various literature sources present the process of calculations for torsional moment which allows lifting a flap of a certain weight. A comparison between various literature sources and experimental testing proved that results were comparable. We established on experimental basis that torsional moment changes in relation to the manner how rectangular springs are clamped

which can be a reason for a deviation between the calculated characteristics and the actual characteristics of a threaded package of springs. It is necessary to define adequate clamping of square springs to guarantee the required torsional moment since literature sources do not provide any precise definition of the manner of clamping.
