Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi smo se osredotočili na iskanje ozkega grla v proizvodnji. Hoteli smo pobližje spoznati proizvodnjo, jo raziskati, ugotoviti ozko grlo in ga odpraviti s postavitvijo nove, prenovljene proizvodnje. To smo storili v programu Flexsim, s postavitvijo simulacijskega modela, tako obstoječe kot prenovljene proizvodnje. Rezultate simulacijskega modela obstoječe proizvodnje smo primerjali z rezultati simulacijskega modela prenovljene proizvodnje. Izsledki so pokazali, da bi z reorganizacijo bistveno zmanjšali čase proizvajanja, tako na nalaganju surovih polizdelkov, kot na razlaganju končnih izdelkov. Prihranilo bi se veliko časa, s tem pa bi se povečala tudi produktivnost.

Title:
BOTTLENECK REMOVAL IN PROCESS OF COLORING SEMI PRODUCTS PRODUCTION WITH METHOD OF SIMULATION
Abstract:
In this diploma we focused on finding a bottleneck in production. We wanted to closely meet the production, explore it, identify the bottleneck and eliminate it by setting up a new, revised production. This we have done with the program Flexsim, by setting the simulation model, for both the existing and renewed production. The results of the existing production simulation model were compared with the results of the renewed production simulation model. The results showed that the reorganization would significantly reduce production times at the loading of crude intermediates and at unloading of the final products. This way, a lot of time could be saved, thereby increasing productivity.
