Abstract:Vse se prične pri idejah. S starimi idejami ni mogoče doseči odločilnega premika. Nove, obetavne ideje pa pomenijo zagon, gibanje, energijo, življenje. Ena izmed takšnih novih, obetavnih idej, je za občino Šentilj vsekakor projekt izgradnje poslovno-stanovanjskega objekta. Diplomsko delo obravnava ekonomske in tehnične vidike izgradnje poslovno-stanovanjskega objekta. Osredotoča se predvsem na ugotavljanje potreb na tržišču in upravičenost same gradnje. V diplomski nalogi so zajeti stroški vseh gradbenih, obrtniških in instalacijskih del z infrastrukturo. Na podlagi le teh bomo poskušali ugotoviti, ali je projekt ekonomsko upravičen in s tem komercialno uspešen.

Title:ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF BUSINESS - HOUSING CONSTRUCTION FACILITIES IN ŠENTILJ
Abstract:Everything starts with ideas. We cannot achieve significant shift by using old ideas. New, promising ideas imply the start, movement, energy, life. One of these, new, promising ideas for commune Šentilj is definitely the project of construction of business-apartment facility. Diploma discusses economical and technical aspects of construction of business-apartment facility. It focuses mainly on determining market needs and on justifying the construction itself. Diploma also provides costs of all construction, tradesman's and installation works with infrastructure. According to these costs we will try to determine whether the project is economically justified and commercially successful.
