Title:DEJAVNIKI VERODOSTOJNOSTI V KOVINSKO PREDELOVALNEM PODJETJU

Abstract:Povzamemo lahko, da je verodostojnost ter etičnost odločanja in ravnanja, kot temeljna usmeritev podjetja, predpogoj za dolgoročno učinkovitost ter uspešnost vseh podjetij. Delovanje v nasprotju z vrednotami udeležencev je lahko prav tako uspešno, vendar le na kratek rok. Če želi podjetje ostati verodostojno, mora prav tako upoštevati dejavnike verodostojnosti, in sicer: temeljne vrednote, organizacijsko kulturo in organizacijsko klimo, etiko ter neformalne in formalne ukrepe uveljavljanja verodostojnosti podjetja. Temeljne vrednote organizacije opisujejo skupna prepričanja in načela podjetja, določajo skupno usmeritev in ponujajo smernice za vsakodnevno vedenje njegovih ljudi, saj bodo lažje podpirali vrednote pri svojem delu in ravnanju, če bodo vedeli, za kaj se zavzema podjetje, kakšno vedenje in delo ceni. Organizacijska kultura je nujen pogoj za uspešnost organizacije in je v veliki meri odvisna od vodilnih zaposlenih oziroma od managementa. Organizacijska klima odraža skupno ime za način vedenja in zaznavanje medsebojnih odnosov zaposlenih v organizaciji. Beseda izhaja iz psihologije in vpliva na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in uspešnost poslovanja podjetja. V bistvu gre za psihosocialni sistem, ki ga sestavljajo posamezniki in skupine v organizaciji ter njihove interakcije. Klima torej predstavlja trenutno stanje v organizaciji in preučujemo jo s pomočjo vprašalnikov. Pomaga pa razlagati različnost človekovega vedenja v organizaciji, kar služi za usmerjanje aktivnosti zaposlenih. Zato si proučevano podjetje Impol, d.d. prizadeva ustvariti takšno klimo, ki bo nudila najboljše poslovne rezultate. Etika je opredeljena kot veda, ki obravnava načela o dobrem in zlem ter norme za odločanje in ravnanje po teh načelih. Je tudi filozofija morale. Morala predstavlja skupek predpisov, norm in vrednot idealov, ki so sankcionirani s posebno notranjo, subjektivno sankcijo, katero posameznik uporablja na samem sebi zaradi morebitnega kršenja omenjenih nravstvenih postavk. Za filozofijo podjetja lahko povzamemo, da jo oblikujejo udeleženci s svojim interesnim vedenjem in je odvisna od družbene kulture, od nadzorov in vrednot družbe, v kateri podjetje deluje. Predstavlja podlago za oblikovanje temeljne politike, zamisli, vizije, poslanstva, smotrov in za ciljno usmerjanje, zlasti glede načel in s tem vodil ter pravil ciljnega obnašanja. Iz raziskave, ki smo jo izvajali v magistrskem delu, lahko torej povzamemo, da se podjetje Impol, d.d. zavzema biti verodostojno, kar se kaže predvsem v temeljnih vrednotah, saj podjetje deluje po načelu obljubljeno narejeno, se pravi, da je pošteno. Zanj je pomembno, da je v okolju spoznano in obravnavano kot zaupanja vreden partner, se pravi, da ga drugi obravnavajo kot verodostojno podjetje. Verodostojnost podjetja se prav tako kaže v močni kulturi, kulturi klana in klimi pravil. Vse te dejavnike verodostojnosti v podjetju Impol, d.d. obravnavajo kot pomembne in zavedajo se, da če želi podjetje ostani verodostojno tudi v prihodnosti, mora te dejavnike, brez kakršnih koli zadržkov, upoštevati.

Title:CREDIBILITY FACTORS IN A METAL PROCESSING FACTORY
Abstract:To sum up, that the authenticity and ethics of managing and making decisions as the basic guideline of businesses is the soul condition for long-term sufficiency and success of all businesses. Working against the virtues of other participants can also be successful; however, only in short terms. If the business is to stay authentic, it must take into account the agents of authenticity, such as: basic virtues, culture of organization, climate of organization, ethics, and formal and informal actions for invoking authenticity of the business. The basic virtues of organization are described as beliefs and principals of a business, they set out the common policy, and offer guidelines for everyday behavior of employees, because they will support the virtues of their work more, if they know what the business stands for, and what behavior and work it values. The culture of organization is key for a business’s success. It is greatly dependent on the management. The climate of organization reflects the common ground for behavior patterns and relationships between employees in an organization. The term comes from psychology and influences the contentedness of employees and the business success of a company. Basically it is a psycho-social system, comprised of individuals and groups within an organization, and their interactions. The climate, therefore, shows the current state in an organization. We study it with the help of questionnaires. It helps explain the differences in human behavior, which helps guide the employee’s actions. The joint-stock company Impol endeavours to create a climate with the best possible business results. Ethics deal with postulates of good and evil, and with norms of decision-making and handling according to those postulates. It is also the philosophy of moral. Morals are a group of regulations, norms and virtues of ideals, which are sanctioned by a special internal and subjective sanction. Individuals use this sanction on themselves, if they break any above mentioned ethical codes. We can sum up the philosophy of a company as being shaped by the participants and their behavior. It is dependant on social culture, convictions and virtues of society, in which the company exists. It constitutes as a foundation for shaping fundamental politics, ideas, visions, missions, goals and for guidelines, especially those dealing with postulates, and achieving target behavior. From the research completed in this master’s degree, we can summarize that the joint-stock company Impol aspires to be authentic, which is shown through basic virtues of the company’s “promised – accomplished” code, showing the company’s righteousness. It aspires to being recognized as a trustworthy partner, and therefore as an authentic business. The authenticity is also shown through strong culture, clan culture and climate of rules. The company recognizes all these agents as important, and they are aware that, if they are to remain authentic in the future, they must consider them without hesitation.
