Abstract:Kakovost v proizvodnji in v opravljanju storitev je poleg cene eden ključnih dejavnikov uspešnega poslovanja podjetja. Kakovost je v sodobnih pogojih delovanja pomembno merilo za razlikovanje med podjetji. Zagotavljanje kakovosti je stalen proces, ki se v podjetju ne sme nikoli končati. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljen model zagotavljanja kakovosti TQM, in metode SPC, QFD in FMEA ter standard ISO 9001 in skupine standardov GS1. Praktičen del obravnave vključuje analizo zaposlenih v proizvodnji in odjemalcev. Zagotavljanje kakovosti je zelo zapleteno in izredno pomembno področje. Uspeh njegove izvedbe je odvisen od kakovosti v podjetju, ki je odvisna od stalnega razvoja podjetja.

Title:QUALITY ASSURANCE AND TRACEABILITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM IN PRODUCTION PROCESS
Abstract:Quality in manufacturing and services is a key addition to the factors of successful business. Quality is in these days one of the most important criteria for comparing companies. Quality assurance is a continuous process, which for the company must never end. The theoretical part of diploma paper has been covered by quality assurance model TQM, methods SPC, QFD, FMEA and also standard ISO 9001 and group of standards GS1. The practical part includes an analysis of treatment of employees in production and customers. Quality assurance is very complex and extremely important area. The success of its implementation depends on the quality of the company, which depends on the continuous development of the company.
