Abstract:Osrednja tema diplomske naloge je test uporabnosti cenejših, potrošniku namenjenih komponent za izvedbo brezpilotnega letalnika, namenjenega učenju in raziskovanju. Diplomska naloga opisuje izdelavo brezpilotnega letalnika, katerega temelj je mobilni telefon z operacijskim sistemom Android. Izdelava zajema modifikacijo letalskega modela z daljinskim upravljanjem, načrtovanje in izvedbo kontrolnih vezij, uporabo vgrajenih senzorjev v telefonu ter zmožnost mobilnega telefona, da dostopa do spleta za prenos telemetrijskih podatkov. Diploma opisuje tudi razvoj programske opreme, namenjene upravljanju letalnika ter obdelavi in prikazu telemetrijskih podatkov.

Title:AUTOPILOT FOR UNMANNED AERIAL VECHICLE ON ANDROID PLATFORM
Abstract:The main subject of this thesis is testing the usability of cheaper, consumer grade electronics for development of an unmanned aerial vehicle, intended for education and research. The thesis describes the production of an unmanned aerial vehicle, whose foundation is a mobile phone with the Android operating system. Construction includes modification of a remote control plane, designing and building of control circuits, using sensors embedded in the phone and phone's ability to access the Internet and transfer telemetry data. The thesis also describes the development of software for controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle and telemetry data processing and visualization.
