Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen postopek trdnostne analize sklopa bagerskih rok pri določenem modelu bagra. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti metodologijo dela pri tovrstnih analizah. Kot osnova se je izdelal računalniški 3D model s programom za modeliranje CATIA. Na poenostavljen način smo določili delujoče obremenitve med obratovanjem in vpliv dinamičnih učinkov. Analizo smo izvedli po MKE. Delo je potekalo z računalniškim programom za numerične analize Abaqus. Na koncu so predstavljeni dobljeni rezultati analize in za primerjavo rezultatov postopek analitičnega preračuna enega izmed sornikov.

Title:
STRENGTH ANALYSIS OF EXCAVATOR ARMS
Abstract:
Diploma work presents procedure of strength analysis of excavator arms on specific model. Purpose of this work was to present methodology of work that we meet when we do such analysis. We used a computer 3D model that we built in program for product designing CATIA as a base. We determined operating loads and dynamic loads on simplified way. Analysis was performed by FEM. We worked with a computer program for numerical analysis Abaqus. At the end there are presented results of analysis and comparison with results of analytical calculation one of the pivot pin.
