Abstract:V pričujoči magistrski nalogi se ukvarjamo s terorizmom kot grožnjo logistični podpori države gostiteljice na primeru države Slovenije. Če hočemo ugotoviti ali ta grožnja dejansko obstaja pri izvajanju procesa podpore države gostiteljice ali pa je le plod nekega splošnega svetovnega strahu pred tem pojavom, smo morali proučiti našo širšo in ožjo okolico. Da bi pridobili čim pomembnejša spoznanja, smo izdelali analitični model, ki nam v obliki vprašanj in odgovorov nanje daje precej zanesljivo sliko o realnem stanju. Tako smo ugotovili, da potencialna grožnja terorističnih napadov obstaja tudi v Sloveniji in ravno tako v samem procesu logistične podpore države gostiteljice. Predlagali smo, da se v zvezi s to ugotovitvijo sprejmejo določeni postopki, ki bi to grožnjo zmanjšali ali pa vsaj ublažili negativne posledice ob morebitni teroristični aktivnosti v navedenem procesu.

Title:Terrorism as a threat to logistics of Host Nation Support - Case study Slovenia
Abstract:This paper talks about terrorism as threat to logistic of Host Nation Support (HNS) as a case of Slovenia. With the wish to find out if that kind of threat in process of HNS really exists or it is only the effect of some global terrorism fear, we have to research our closer and wider surroundings. To find the most relevant results, we developed an analytic model formed with questions and their answers which provides us relatively reliable image of realistic situation. It resulted in the fact that potential threat of terrorism attack exists also in Slovenia, as well in the process of HNS. In connection to that information we proposed some actions to be taken to reduce this threat or at least minimize potential consequences in case of terrorist activity in the process of HNS.
