Abstract:
V diplomskem delu bomo predstavili sistem enotne mestne kartice (EMK) Urbana, ki ga je s pomočjo oddaje javnega naročila izpeljala Mestna občina Ljubljana. Ob predstavitvi sistema, postopka javnega naročila in razpisnih pogojev, bomo hkrati predstavili ter analizirali še upravljanje in vzdrževanje sistema. Opisali bomo predhodne sisteme, katere je nadomestil sistem EMK Urbana, kakor tudi sistem sam, od naročila projekta, do predaje sistema naročniku. Upravljanje in vzdrževanje sistema predstavlja osrednjo temo diplomskega dela, kjer bomo izpostavili najpogostejše tipe težav, ki so se pojavile tekom razvoja in testnega obdobja ter obdobja redne uporabe. Najpogostejše tipe težav bomo ovrednotili, da bo bralec dobil občutek glede porabljenega časa in zahtevnosti dela. S pomočjo dobljenih ocen bomo v zaključku diplomskega dela analizirali stroške upravljanja in vzdrževanja ter podali smernice za nadaljnji razvoj in morebitne izboljšave sistema EMK Urbana v prihodnosti.

Title:
MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE ANALYSIS OF THE UNIFIED CITY CARD URBANA SYSTEM
Abstract:
In this diploma work we will present the unified city card Urbana system, which was through a public contract ordered by the municipality of Ljubljana. A description of the system, the procedure of public contracts and the belonging application terms will be given. At the same time we will make an analysis of management and maintenance of the system. Short descriptions of the previous systems will be held, which were replaced by the unified city card Urbana system. We will also present the system itself, from the order of the project to the handing over to the customer. Management and maintenance of the system represents the central point of this diploma work, where we will put out the most common problems which occurred during the development period, test period and the period of regular use of the system. The most common types of problems and errors will be evaluated, so that the reader will be able to get a feeling about the spent time and the pretentiousness of the work. In the end of this diploma work we will analyze the costs of management and maintenance, and we will also give guide lines for future development and possible upgrades of the existing unified city card Urbana system.
