Abstract:
V zadnjih letih so se zgodile velike spremembe na področju razvoja tehnologije, organizacije in filozofije vodenja podjetij. Kljub visoko razviti tehnologiji je odločanje še vedno v rokah človeka, ki s svojim znanjem, sposobnostmi in izkušnjami upravlja poslovne sisteme. Razvoj trga zahteva stalno prilagajanje podjetja in hkrati je samoumevno, da se to isto pričakuje in zahteva tudi od zaposlenih. Za uspešno poslovanje podjetja je potrebno danes vložiti veliko več znanja kot v preteklosti. Zniževanje stroškov pa je postala stalnica v večini danes uspešnih podjetij. Namen naloge je povezati znanje iz prakse z novimi prijemi vodenja. Cilj diplomske naloge je analizirati obstoječe stanje delovanja operativnega managementa in s pomočjo rezultatov ankete najti optimalne usmeritve. Cilj je doseči rezultat. Uspeh za dosego cilja ne zavisi od tega, kako pogosto vmes pademo, bistveno je, kako hitro se poberemo. Rezultat je sposobnost delovanja podjetja in uresničevanje sprejetih ciljev.

THE ROLE OF OPERATION MANAGEMENT FOCUSED ON DEVELOPMENT IN THE COMPANY LPKF D.O.O.
Abstract:
In recent years, major changes occurred in the development of technology, organi-zation and philosophy of business management. Despite sophisticated technology decision-making is still in the hands of a man who, with their knowledge, skills and experience manage business systems. Market development requires constant ad-justment to business, and the same is expected and required from all employees. The successful company is now necessary to bring a lot more knowledge than in the past. Reducing costs is a constant in most of today the successful companies. The purpose of this task is associated practical skills with new management ap-proaches. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the current state of the operational management in process and through the results of a survey find the optimal direction. The aim is to achieve a result. Success is not about how rarely you fall down, it's about how quickly you get up. The result is the capability of the enterprise and the implementation of these goals.
