Abstract:
V tej nalogi sem poskušala predstaviti varstvo osebnih podatkov in delavčevo zasebnost na delovnem mestu, tako s pravnega področja, kot tudi z vidika delavca oz. zaposlenega v Upravno gospodarskem sektorju Splošne bolnišnice Jesenice (v nadaljevanju SBJ). Moderne tehnologije, hiter tempo življenja, velika konkurenca na trgu delovne sile in ogromno informacij, ki so dosegljive na vsakem koraku v življenju, terjajo od nas hitro ukrepanje, fleksibilnost, prilagajanje in odprtost do novitet. Po drugi strani nas ves moderni tempo sili, da postavljamo vedno večje zahteve po varovanju zasebnosti, tako v privatnem, domačem življenju, kot tudi v službenem okolju oz. delno javnemu življenju. Ni nam vseeno kaj o nas vedo drugi in tudi na kakšen način pridejo do podatkov, ki lahko razkrivajo čisto običajne človeške lastnosti ali pa podatke, ki so občutljivi in ki jih nobenemu ne želimo razkriti. Počutiti se moramo spoštovane in varne tako doma, kot tudi na delovnem mestu.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND WORKER'S PRIVACY
Abstract:
In this diploma I am trying to put forward the protection of worker's personal data and privacy in the workplace, both in legal areas, as well as in terms of workers in the Upravno gospodarski sektor Splošne bolnišnice Jesenice Modern technology, the fast way of life, strong competition in the labor market and a lot of information that are available at every step of our life, require a rapid response, flexibility, adaptation and openness to novelty. On the other hand, the modern pace force us for increasing demand for privacy, in private, domestic life and also in public life. We are concerned, what the others know about us and also how they got information. We need to feel respected and safe at home and also in the workplace.
