Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo na UKC Pohorski dvor na jablani sorte Gala s prenosnim spektrofotometrom PA1101 spremljali dinamiko spreminjanja pigmentov klorofilov in antocianov med zorenjem plodov kot posledica fertirigacije s Kristalonom, ureo in Polyfeedom. Meritve so bile opravljene v enotedenskih razmikih v času od 21. 7. do 31. 8. 2009. Narejena je bila primerjava spektralnih podatkov plodov z dreves, kjer se je od 21. 4. do 7. 7. 2009 izvajala fertirigacija s Kristalonom, ureo in Polyfeedom ter plodov dreves, pri katerih fertirigacija ni bila izvajana. Vsak teden je bilo po končanem merjenju plodov s PA1101 za namene destruktivnih analiz, s katerimi smo določali trdoto mesa plodov ter vsebnost topne suhe snovi in škroba, odvzetih 20 plodov vsakega obravnavanja. Rezultati so pokazali, da fertirigacija ni vplivala na vrednosti NDVI in NAI v optimalnem roku obiranja, vplivala pa je na večjo trdoto mesa plodov in večji delež škroba. Ugotovljena je bila statistično zelo značilna korelacija med omenjenimi spektralnimi in standardnimi parametri zrelosti.

Title:
Effect of fertirigation on the dynamics of colour and ripening changes in Gala apples
Abstract:
In this thesis, we monitored the dynamics of chlorophyll and anthocyanin changes as a result of fertirigation with Kristalon, urea and Polyfeed in ripening Gala apples using portable spectrophotometer PA1101, at the UKC Pohorski dvor orchard. Measurements were carried out at weekly intervals from 21 July to 31 August, 2009. Spectral data comparison between fruits from trees fertirigated with Kristalon, Urea and Polyfeed (21 April and 7 July, 2009) and fruits from non fertirigated trees were made. On the completion of spectral measurements performed with PA1101 each week, the last 20 fruits of each treatment were collected to be used for destructive analysis to determine firmness, soluble solids, and starch content. The results indicate that fertirigation did not affect NDVI and NAI values at optimal harvest date. However, it did increase firmness and starch proportion of fruits. Statistically highly significant correlation between previously mentioned spectral and standard parameters was found.
