Abstract:
Medlaboratorijska primerjava je primerjanje merilnih rezultatov med dvema ali več laboratoriji po vnaprej določenem tehnološkem procesu in služijo za določitev točnosti (kakovosti) merilnih rezultatov posameznih laboratorijev. Organizirajo jih lahko akreditacijski organi, posamezni laboratoriji v medsebojnih dogovorih, BIPM (mednarodni urad za mere in uteži) in druge meroslovne organizacije kot je npr. Euramet (evropska organizacija za sodelovanje med evropskimi nacionalnimi meroslovnimi inštituti). V nalogi sem obravnaval vsa pomembna organizacijska in tehnična načela medlaboratorijskih primerjav. Opisani so cilji izvajanja, organizacija, tehnična dokumentacija, izvedba, poročanje in obdelava merilnih rezultatov. Poseben poudarek je na statistični obdelavi merilnih rezultatov na osnovi podanih merilnih zmogljivosti (negotovosti) ter različnih načinov izračunavanja referenčne vrednosti. Celovite informacije in navodila, ki so podana v nalogi, je mogoče v praksi uporabiti za organizacijo in izvedbov vseh tipov medlaboratorijskih primerjav na nacionalnem in mednarodnem nivoju.

INTERLABORATORY COMPARISONS
Abstract:
Interlaboratory comparison is the comparison of results between two or more laboratories according to predetermined technological processes. It is used to determine accuracy (quality) of measurement results by individual laboratories. It can be organised by accreditation bodies, individual laboratories on the basis of mutual arrangements, BIPM (International Bureau of Weights and Measures) and other metrological organisations, like EURAMET (European Association of Metrology Institutes). The diploma work deals with all the important organisational and technical principles of interlaboratory principles. Enforcement objectives, organisation, technical documentation, execution, reporting and interpretation of results are described in the work. There is a special emphasis on statistical treatment of metrical results on the basis of provided metrical capacities (uncertainty) and different ways of calculating the reference value. Full information and instructions presented in the work can be used in practice to organize and implement all kinds of interlaboratory comparisons on the national and international level.
