Abstract:Poraba nakupovalnih vrečk za enkratno uporabo se iz leta v leto nekontrolirano veča, prav tako pa se premalo ljudi zaveda negativnih učinkov na okolje, ki jih povzroča tovrstno početje. V tem diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na to, kako se s to problematiko spopadajo v podjetju Mercator, d. d. Raziskali smo, kakšni so dejanski negativni učinki prevelike potrošnje nakupovalnih vrečk za enkratno uporabo na okolje ter predstavili dosedanje ukrepe, ki jih je na tem področju uvedlo podjetje Mercator, d. d. Prav tako smo v diplomskem delu nekatere hipoteze, ki smo jih postavili na začetku, potrdili, druge pa ovrgli ter tudi sami poiskali nekatere rešitve, s katerimi bi zmanjšali porabo nakupovalnih vrečk za enkratno uporabo oziroma njihove negativne učinke na okolje.

Title:Impact of shopping bags on the environment in the event of company Mercator, d.d
Abstract:Consumption of shopping bags is uncontrolled increasing from year to year and a lot of people do not realize negative effects that such bad conduct have on environment. In this diploma we focused on how to face this issue in the company Mercator, d. d. We investigate what are the actual negative effects of excessive consumption of shopping bags to the loading environment, and outline the steps which in this field have introduced company Mercator, d. d. During the course of graduate certificates we also confirmed and invalidate certain hypotheses, which we put at the beginning, as well as find some solutions which would reduce not only the consumption of shopping bags, but also their negative effects on the environment.
