Abstract:POVZETEK Dobri odnosi in zadovoljni zaposleni na delovnem mestu so temelj uspešnosti in kakovosti podjetja. Zato je še kako pomembno pravilno vodenje in ravnanje nadrejenih v odnosu do zaposlenih. V diplomski nalogi smo se predvsem osredotočili, kako kot dober manager voditi sebe in imeti nadzor nad sabo in se znati povezovati. Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz dveh delov. V prvem delu smo podali teoretična izhodišča, kako voditi ljudi, kako komunicirati, ter imeti pravo mero čustvene inteligence in biti ob tem etičen in moralen. Način vodenja smo v osnovi uporabili po Glasserjevi Teoriji izbire, ki nam celovito predstavi pojme, kot so temeljne potrebe, svet kakovosti, celostno vedenje in razliko med managerskim in "šefovskim" vodenjem. Osnova Teorije izbire je, da je človek vedno optimalno, notranje motiviran za zadovoljevanje lastnih potreb. V drugem delu smo naredili raziskavo zadovoljstva zaposlenih v podjetju in kako njihovo vodstvo vodi in usmerja le-te. Na podlagi rezultatov smo podali predloge za izboljšave.

Title:BUSINESS MANAGEMENT WITH SELECTION THEORY
Abstract:ABSTRACT Good working terms and satisfied employees are the basis for efficiency and quality of enterprise. Therefore correct leading and well-treatment according to employees is even more important. This diploma work is focused on how a good manager should be leading himself alone and being under control as well as linking with someone. Diploma work consists of two parts. The first part is about theoretical origins on about how to lead the people, how to communicate and how to acquire the right measure of emotional intelligence and simultaneously to be ethical and moral. The basis for the manners of leading has been taken from the Glasser's book Teorija izbire. The following work presents the concepts like essential needs, world of qualities, overall behaviour and the difference between manager- and "boss"- leading. Foundation of "Teorija izbire" is the fact that human being is always optimal, inwardly motivated for satisfying his own needs. On the second part we have made the research on employee satisfaction in the company and how the leadership is leading and guiding them. On the basis of results we gave the proposals for improvements.
