Abstract:
V času gospodarske krize je konkurenčnost podjetja dobila še večji pomen. Na zahtevnem evropskem tržišču bodo preživela le tista podjetja, ki bodo ponujala kakovostne izdelke po konkurenčni ceni ob čedalje krajšem odzivnem času. Za našteto pa je seveda pomembno pravilno načrtovanje proizvodnih procesov, preudarno investiranje v nove tehnologije izdelave in dober nadzor nad stroški izdelave. V diplomski nalogi sem predstavil primer priprave proizvodnje za izdelavo novega tipa vezi za listnato vzmet. Izvedel sem kalkulacijo vezi ter na njeni podlagi analiziral obstoječi proizvodni proces. Na koncu diplomskega dela sem predstavil še moje zamisli optimizacije proizvodnega procesa.

Title:
PROCESS PLANNING OF A NEW CLIP TYPE FOR LEAF SPRING
Abstract:
In the time of the financial crisis overall competiveness of the company has became even more important. Only the companies that will offer high quality products at a minimum price with always shorter response times will survive in the high demanding European market. To accomplish these goals it is important to have developed production planning, rational investments for new production technologies and sufficient control over cost of manufacturing. In this thesis I presented a case study of process planning for a new leaf spring clip type. I also made cost related calculations of the clip and on its base analyzed the existing production process. At the end of my thesis I also presented ideas about possible optimization of the production process.
