Title:SPREMLJANJE PRETOKA MATERIALA IN NADZOR VSEBNOSTI ŠKODLJIVIH PLINOV V JAMAH PREMOGOVNIKA VELENJE

Abstract:V Premogovniku Velenje imamo na površini izveden sistem logistike transporta materiala s pomočjo črtne kode. S tem sistemom spremljamo vozne enote, transport materiala in opreme, ki ga pripravimo za prevoz v jamo. Za potrebe logistike transporta želimo sistem dograditi in razširiti tudi v jamah Premogovnika Velenje. Material se transportira s površine v jamo na voznih enotah, ki bodo označene s črtno kodo. Ta koda bo prebrana z ustreznimi čitalniki, ki bodo preko baznih postaj in optičnega omrežja pošiljali podatke na površino, tam pa jih bomo ustrezno obdelali. V diplomski nalogi je opisana potrebna oprema za vgradnjo v jamo za izvedbo brezžičnega zajemanja podatkov čitalnikov črtne kode in prenosa podatkov iz jame na površino. Del tovora se po jamah transportira z lokomotivami VDL. Zaradi zagotavljanja večje varnosti in hitrejšega obveščanja zaposlenih v jamah Premogovnika Velenje smo ob trasi VDL uvedli optično in zvočno signalizacijo v primeru presežene koncentracije metana (CH4) in ogljikovega dioksida (CO2). Prav tako smo pristopili k rekonstrukciji krmiljenja signalizacije na križiščih, kjer se VDL lahko srečuje oz. se srečuje z drugimi transportnimi sredstvi. Uporabili smo krmilnik OMRON in programski paket CX-Programmer ter InTouch, s katerim nadzorujemo koncentracijo škodljivih plinov, pravilno delovanje bliskavic in njihovega napajanja ter delovanje signalizacije za VDL.

Title:MONITORING OF MATERIAL FLOW AND HARMFUL GASES CONTAINMENT CONTROL IN VELENJE COALMINE
Abstract:On the surface of Velenje Coal Mine we have already implemented a logistics material transport system. It operates using bar codes. The system monitors driving units, transport of materials and equipment, which are prepared for transport to the cave. We want to upgrade and extend this system for the logistics of transport in the Velenje Coal Mine. Material is transported from the surface into the cave by driving units, which will be marked with a bar code. This code will be read with a relevant reader. They will send data to the surface throught the base stations and optical network. On the surface data will be treated. In this diploma the necessary equipment for installation in a cave is described. This equipment works on wireless scanners and data transmission from the cave to the surface. A part of the cargo is transported with hanging diesel locomotives (HDL). In the case of exceeding the concentration of methane (CH4) and carbon dioxide (CO2), we introduced optical and sound signals. These signals assure security and faster information to employees in Velenje Coal Mine along the route HDL. We started to reconstruct the signalization on crossroad, where HDL meets other means of transport. We used the OMRON contoller and software package CX-Programmer and InTouch. This equipment monitors the concentration of harmful gases, the proper functioning of their flashes and power supply and control the signaling system of HDL.
