Abstract:
V magistrski nalogi je predstavljeno aktualno in pomembno področje zagotavljanja socialne varnosti brezposelnim tujcem, njena pravna in mednarodna ureditev. Pomemben poudarek magistrskega dela je dan pravni ureditvi socialne varnosti in zaposlovanju tujcev v Republiki Sloveniji ter zagotavljanje socialne varnosti za primer brezposelnosti tako domačim kot tujim delavcem. Socialna varnost je družbena vrednota, stanje človeške varnosti ter družbene stabilnosti. Pravice iz socialne varnosti so socialne pravice in jih uvrščamo med temeljne človekove pravice. S to pravico se veže pravica do svobodnega iskanja dela in zaposlitve ter vse socialne in ekonomske pravice, do katerih so upravičeni delavci. V primerjalnem delu magistrske naloge je prikazana pravna ureditev pravic iz zaposlovanja za primer brezposelnosti za tujce, tako državljane držav članic Evropske unije kot državljane t.i. tretjih državah.

ASSURING SOCIAL SECURITY UNEMPLOYED FOREIGNER PERSONS
Abstract:
This Master thesis presents current and important information in the field of social security for foreign unemployed people, its rights and the international legal regulation. The important highlight, the Master thesis is focusing on, is given to the legal regulation of social security and employment of foreigners in the Republic of Slovenia as well as social rights for unemployed domestic and foreign workers. Social security is social value, condition of human safety and social stability. Rights from social security are social rights and we place them among basic human rights. Right towards free job search and occupation and all social and economic right is connected with this right. In the omparative part of the Master thesis, the legal regulation of social security rights for unemployed workers is shown for foreign workers, who comes from EU countries and third part countries.
