Abstract:
Poslovna banka mora za svoj razvoj in obstoj pridobiti čim več komitentov. Komitente lahko pridobi z velikim naborom inovativnih storitev. Predpogoj za inovacije je sodoben informacijski sistem. Poznamo več pristopov uvajanja informacijskih sistemov. Vsak pristop ima tako prednosti kot tudi slabosti. Prikazan je bil fazni pristop uvajanja. Pri uvajanju lahko zaradi prilagajanja programske opreme prihaja tudi do prekoračitev rokov in stroškov uvedbe. To lahko preprečimo z dobro GAP analizo.

HIBIS SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION IN HYPO ALPE ADRIA BANK, CROATIA
Abstract:
Commercial bank has to acquire as many customers in order to survive and develop. This can be achieved by a large set of innovative services. A prerequisite for innovation is a modern information system. There are several approaches to the introduction of information systems. Each approach has both advantages and disadvantages. In our case the phased deployment approach was presented. Adjusting the software can lead to overrun of deadlines and introduction costs. This can however be prevented with a good GAP analysis.
