Title:OBVLADOVANJE KRIZE PODJETJA NA RAVNI STRATEŠKEGA MANAGEMENTA

Abstract:Obvladovanje krize je nujen koncept, v okviru katerega se je treba odločati in sprejemati ukrepe na ravni strateškega managementa, ne samo zato, da bi podjetje obvladalo krizo, ko do nje dejansko pride, ampak tudi zato, da se preprečijo morebitne prihodnje krizne situacije. Treba se je zavedati, da delovanje v smeri obvladovanja kriznih situacij že, ko se začnejo pojavljati prvi simptomi, kot nekakšni znanilci negotovih časov poslovanja, mnogokrat ni samo cenejše, ampak je tudi manj stresno za vse udeležence poslovnega sistema, prav tako pa tudi management ne izgubi verodostojnosti v notranjem okolju podjetja in tudi ne v zunanjem okolju. V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela je predstavljen celoten koncept planiranja obvladovanja krize, pri čemer so proučeni in izbrani najpomembnejši oziroma najustreznejši ukrepi in strategije, ki jih podjetje mora izbrati in uresničevati, da lahko obvladuje krizne situacije. V aplikativnem delu magistrskega dela pa je pozornost namenjena proučevanju obvladovanja krize podjetja na ravni strateškega managementa ob primeru podjetja Panvita, Prašičereja Nemščak, d. o. o. Raziskava je potekala predvsem na osnovi spoznanj kriznih modelov po Pümpinu in Prangeju (1995) ter Kropfbergerju (2003). Raziskava planiranja razvoja podjetja kot ukrepa obvladovanja krize na ravni strateškega managementa je potekala na osnovi spoznanj MER-ovega modela integralnega managementa. Na ravni strateškega managementa je bila pozornost namenjena iskanju strateških možnosti in strategij, njihovega vrednotenja ter izbire in programiranja uresničitve planiranega razvoja podjetja Panvita, Prašičereja Nemščak, d. o. o.

Title:Solving Business Crisis at the Level of Strategic Management
Abstract:Crisis management is an essential concept and a necessary framework for taking decisions and actions at the level of strategic management, which not only enables a company to deal with the crisis when it actually comes up, but it also helps to prevent any future crisis situations. It should be noted that managing crisis situations when the first symptoms begin to appear, as harbingers of uncertain times, is often not only cheaper but also less stressful for all participants in a business organization. Also, the management does not lose credibility in the company’s internal as well as external business environment. The theoretical section of this thesis is concerned with the entire concept of crisis management planning. There is a detailed description of the most important and relevant measures and strategies that a company must select and implement in order to cope with crisis situations. The applied section of the master's thesis is focused on the study of company crisis management at the level of strategic management, as detailed in the case study of Panvita, Prašičereja Nemščak, d. o. o. The study was primarily based on crisis models by Pümpin and Prange (1995) and Kropfberger (2003). The study of company's development planning as a measure of crisis management at the strategic management level was based on MER's model of integral management. At the level of strategic management the emphasis was on discovering strategic options and strategies, their evaluation and selection, and on programming the planned development of Panvita, Prašičereja Nemščak, d. o. o.
