Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je obravnavan statični izračun nosilnega okvirja za motorno kolo tipa Chopper, ki ga izraža predvsem značilna oblika. V nalogi je prikazano oblikovanje in numerično modeliranje nosilnega okvirja. Celoten računski model vsebuje poleg nosilnega okvirja vse najpomembnejše elemente, s pomočjo katerih je definirana njihova masa za izračun. Na modelu nosilnega okvirja za preračun so ti elementi izraženi z obtežbami v določenih prijemališčih. Kombinacije teh obtežb, pa določajo robne pogoje za sam statični preračun. Trdnostni preračun je bil izveden po metodi MKE (metodi končnih elementov). Za konstrukcijo je prikazan dokaz nosilnosti in uporabnosti za nosilne prereze glede na podane obtežbe, ki se pojavijo pri različnih pogojih vožnje.

Title:
STRENGTH CALCULATION OF MOTORCYCLE FRAME
Abstract:
This diploma work is considered a static calculation of the carrier frame for Type Chopper motorcycle, which finds its expression in typical form. The task is illustrate the design and numerical modeling of the carrier frame. The whole calculation model in addition to the carrier frame contains all the main elements by which it is defined to calculate their mass. These elements are expressed with the set point of the load on the model of the carrier frame for static calculation. Combinations of these loads set the boundary conditions over the static calculation. Strength calculation was carried out by the method of FEM (Finite Element Method). For the construction is presented load capacity and the applicability of the load carrying sections according to the given loads, which occur in different driving conditions
