Title:Vodenje zaposlenih v proizvodnem podjetju z uporabo metod in sredstev za ohranjanje konkurenčnosti na trgu

Abstract:Organizacijski razvoj in spremembe v poslovnem okolju podjetij se nagibajo k vzpostavitvi prožnih organizacijskih struktur in uvajanju sprememb na način, ki omogoča, da so podjetja sposobna hitrega odzivanja na nove pogoje poslovanja. Te spremembe so priložnost za uspeh, a le v primeru, če se jim je podjetje sposobno hitro in ustrezno prilagoditi. Podjetje mora biti torej vse bolj aktivno in ustvarjalno, da se lahko prilagaja spremembam na trgu. Da bi lahko zadostili vsem tem pogojem, pa je potrebno spremeniti notranjo organiziranost podjetij. To pomeni reorganizacijo, prenovo procesov in postavljanje novih konceptov organizacije, ki vodijo k doseganju zastavljenih ciljev. Kot odgovor na ta izziv so podjetjem na voljo nove organizacijske oblike. V raziskovalni nalogi se posvečamo razvoju osnovnih delovnih enot kot tudi metodam in sredstvom za rast in razvoj teh novih organizacijskih oblik. To so timsko delo, reševanje problemov v skupini, koristni predlogi in inovacije, Kaizen izboljšave, stalno in konstantno izobraževanje ter metoda osebnih razgovorov. Napredek podjetja je moč doseči le z vključevanjem vseh zaposlenih v nastanek, razvoj in napredek delovnih enot ter ob tem ne pozabiti na prispevek vsakega zaposlenega posebej. Danes je tudi kakovost izdelkov in storitev eden izmed osnovnih pogojev obstanka na tržišču, ki postaja ob poplavi ponudnikov vse bolj konkurenčno. Kakovost povezuje vse aktivnosti v podjetju, delavce, kupce in celotno okolje. Tako poizkuša podjetje doseči najvišjo stopnjo izpolnjevanja zahtev na področju kakovosti. Celoten proces se namreč prične pri kupcu in sklene pri kupcu. V sedanjem času je vse bolj pomembna tudi inovativnost izdelkov in storitev, ki jih podjetja ponujajo. Pogoj, da je kupec z izdelkom zadovoljen pa je tudi zadovoljen izdelovalec izdelka - delavec. Zadovoljstvo delavca se med ostalim doseže tudi z njegovim stalnim in aktivnim vključevanjem v delo delovnih skupin, z možnostjo vpliva na svoje delovno okolje, s povečevanjem njegovih kompetenc, itd.

Title:Keeping employees in the manufacturing company using the methods and means to maintain competitiveness in the market
Abstract:Organizational development and changes in the business environment are tending to the establishment of flexible organizational structures and introduction of changes in a way that enables that the companies are able to respond rapidly to new business conditions. These changes are an opportunity for success, but just in case, if the companies have ability to quickly and properly adjust on them. Companies must be therefore more and more active and creative that can adapt to market changes. If we want to meet all those conditions, it is necessary to change the internal organization of firms. This means reorganizing, restructuring of processes and the setting of new concepts of organization that leads to achieving these goals. In response to this challenge, the new organizational forms are available for the companies. The research work is dedicated to the development of basic work units as well to the methods and means of growth and development of these new organizational forms. These are teamwork, problem solving in groups, suggestions and Innovation, Kaizen improvements, permanent and constant education and the method of personal interviews. We can achieve the company progress only by involving all employees in the creation, development and progress of work units, but in the mean time, we cannot forget the contribution of each employee separately. Today, the quality of products and services is one of the basic conditions persisting in the market, which is becoming more and more competitive to the flood of providers. The quality is connecting all the operations in entire company, all the employees, the customers and whole environment. On this way, the company tries to achieve the highest level of realizing activities in the field of quality. The whole process begins by the customer and ends by the customer. The innovation of products and services is also increasingly important now. If we want that the buyer will be satisfied with the product, also the manufacturer of the product must be satisfied. We can achieve the satisfaction of employees with its active and continuous involvement in working groups, with the potential impact on their work environment, by increasing their skills…
