Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo v uvodu pregledali kartografske podlage, ki so potrebne pred vsakim posegom v prostor, ter opisali delo geodeta pri takšnih posegih. V jedru naloge smo se osredotočili na gradnjo stanovanjskih objektov tako večstanovanjskih kot tudi individualnih objektov. Opisali smo naloge geodetske stroke skozi faze gradnje, ter pobliže spoznali nekatere pomembnejše pojme ali storitve pri gradnji, od lokacijske informacije, ureditev mej, parcelacije, geodetskega načrta, gradbenega dovoljenja, zakoličbe, vpisa v uradne evidence ipd. V tem delu smo tudi nakazali, kje bi se dalo postopek pospešiti in kje se po navadi zatika. Pred zaključkom smo tudi obdelali konkretne primere. Ti so nam na teoretične postavke, ki smo jih postavili, dali odgovore. Rezultate smo prikazali v obliki tabele, kjer je razvidno, kdaj in kako se geodet vključuje v posege v prostor oziroma pri sami gradnji objektov.

Title:THE ROLE OF GEODESY IN LAND INTERVENTION WITH EMPHASIS ON RESIDENTIAL OBJECT CONSTRUCTION
Abstract:In the diploma thesis in the introduction, we reviewed cartographic base needed before any intervention in the area, and describe the work of surveyors in such interventions. At the core tasks, we focused on the construction of residential buildings as well as multi-individual facilities. We described the tasks of surveying profession through the construction phases and discussed more about some important concepts and services in the construction from the location information, boundaries setting,dividing up of land, geodetic plan, building permit, placing of boundary markers, registration in official records, etc.. In the central part we also suggested where the process could be accelerated and where things can usually get stuck. Before concluding we also treated concrete examples. They gave usanswers to the the theoretical questions we asked ourselves. The results were presented in tabular form which show when and how the surveyor is included in interventions in the area and construction of facilities.
