Title:POVEČANJE UČINKOVITOSTI PODJETJA Z UVEDBO POSLOVNIH PROCESOV

Abstract:Organizacije v prihodnosti bodo procesno organizirane. Temeljile bodo na prilagodljivih medsebojno povezanih procesih in ne na funkcijsko hierarhičnih enotah. Kot se je pokazalo, je funkcijska struktura organiziranosti postala zastarela in neučinkovita. Procesna organiziranost bo temeljila na prekoračitvi mej med organizacijskimi oddelki ob upoštevanju horizontalnega toka dela preko več funkcij. Prispevala bo k izboljšanju poslovanja in bo usmerjena k zadovoljevanju kupčevih potreb. Prenova poslovnih procesov v svojih začetkih zagovarja radikalno oziroma korenito preoblikovanje organizacije in ne upošteva obstoječih struktur in postopkov, ampak se zavzema za uvajanje popolnoma novih načinov izvajanja dela. Kasnejši razvoj pa poudarja potrebo po kontinuiranih izboljšavah poslovnih procesov. Velik pomen pri prenovi poslovnih procesov ima informacijska tehnologija, ki omogoča in olajšuje udejanjanje procesnih sprememb. Če želijo podjetja kontinuirano izboljševati procese, jih morajo dobro upravljati. Upravljanje poslovnih procesov je množica aktivnosti, s katerimi predvidimo, ovrednotimo in obvladujemo zmogljivosti procesa. Pri uvajanju procesne organizacije si pomagamo z modeliranjem poslovnih procesov. Modeliranje nam olajšuje razumevanje pri sprejemanju pomembnih odločitev in nam v grafični obliki prikazuje kako potekajo procesi v organizaciji. Za modeliranje so bila razvita številna orodja (Aris) in tehnike (diagrami poteka), s katerimi modeliramo, analiziramo in vrednotimo poslovne procese.

Title:ENCREASE BUSINESS EFFICIENCY THROUGH THE INTRODUCTION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES
Abstract:In the futur organizations will be process organized. They will be based on adaptable mutual inerlinked processes and not on hieraricle function units. Et is shown, function structure organization is obsolete and ineffective. Process organization will be founded on cross boundaryis between organizations departments at consideration of horizontal flow work over multiple functions. That way of organization will contribute toward improvement of economic operations and will be directed to satisfy consumer needs. Business process reengineering in his begginings justife radical, redesign of organization and do not consider consisting structur and procedure but advocates the introduction of completely new ways of work. Later development is emphasizing need for continually improvements of business processes. Great importance by modernization business processes have information tehnology, wich allows, facilitates the realization of procedural changes. If the organizations want to continuosly improve their business processes they must be well managed. Business process management is a set of activities to anticipate, evaluate and manage capacity of the process. By the introduction of process organizations we are helping with the modeling of business processes. Business process modeling facilitates our understanding of the adaption of important decisions and show us in grafhic form how the angoing processes workink across within the organization. For Business process modeling have been developed several tools (Aris…) and techniques (eEPC…) which are used for modeling, analyzing and evaluating business processes.
