Abstract:
Zaključno delo opisuje poslovni reinženiring procesa v podjetju Lek. Reinženiring procesa je zasnovan od izbire primernega profila za reinženiring procesa do predloga končne implementacije. Pri prenosu podatkov je uporabljena zadnja tehnologija prenosa podatkov med poslovnim informacijskim sistemom in pakirnim strojem. Opisan primer v podjetju ni realiziran in je vodilnemu kadru podjetja neznan. Primeri prenosa podatkov niso izbrani naključno, ampak so rezultat raziskave in opravljene analize. Opisan primer pripoveduje, kako bi z reinženiringom poslovnega procesa zagotovili hiter in kakovosten prenos podatkov med informacijskim sistemom in strojem in imeli v poročilu le tiste podatke, kateri nam prinašajo dodano vrednost pri sami pohitritvi procesa. Ideja za prenos podatkov, ki je implementirana na pakirnih linijah bi lahko prenesli na ostale linije, a le v primeru, da so sodobnejše in imajo serijsko vgrajen programabilni logični krmilnik.

IMPROVEMENT OF MES SYSTEM WITH INTRUDUCTION OF ELECTRONIC REPORT IN LEK COMPANY
Abstract:
Final work describes business process reengineering in company Lek. Business process reengineering is based from selection of propriate human resource profile to proposal of final implementation. At data transmission is used last technology between MES system and packaging machine. Described case is not realized in company, not even introduced to the top management. The samples of data transmission are not choosen coincidentally but they are a result of research and performed analysis. Described sample is relating how we could by business process reengineering assure quick and quality data transmission between MES system and packaging machine and having only the data which are really needed in report. That means that these data bring us added value at quicker process itself. An idea, which is implemented on packaging lines we could spread on other lines, but only if they are newer and if they had serial integrated programmable logical controller.
