Title:VPLIV TIMSKEGA DELA NA USPEŠNOST POSLOVANJA V ZVEZI DRUŠTEV SONČEK

Abstract:V magistrski nalogi opozarjamo na dejstvo, da bo v 21. stoletju največja konkurenčna prednost znanje. V Sloveniji smo trenutno na poti v družbo znanja, v podjetjih poteka tranzicija kot odgovor na vsesplošno globalizacijo, tudi znanja. Hiter gospodarski razvoj pušča za seboj posledice, ki jih v veliki meri blažijo neprofitne organizacije. Postajajo ključne za vzdrževanje ravnotežja v družbi in preveč pomembne, da bi jih prepustili neprofesionalnemu vodenju. Organizacije dajejo vse bolj prednost timskemu delu. Zavedajo se, da znanje še tako prodornega posameznika ne zadošča za reševanje današnjih vse bolj kompleksnih problemov. Timsko delo pa nima samo svoje dobre strani, ampak se pri njegovem izvajanju srečujemo tudi z nekaterimi težavami. V prvem, teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge je predstavljeno okolje raziskave. Podane so teoretične osnove s področja vodenja in timskega dela. Opredeljen je cilj in namen naloge. Tako smo raziskovali ali timska usmerjenost podjetja vpliva na njegovo uspešnost, opredelili prednosti, slabosti timskega dela in njegov pomen v Zvezi Sonček, ter ugotavljali ali je zaupanje ključni dejavnik timskega pristopa. V drugem, raziskovalnem delu pa je bilo na podlagi zbranih podatkov ugotovljeno dejansko stanje v organizaciji. Tako v prvem kot drugem delu naloge smo preverjali hipoteze postavljene na začetku, ki so bile v sedmem poglavju tudi statistično obdelane. V končnem delu so podane rešitve na podlagi ugotovljenih slabosti v obravnavani organizaciji. Tako je predlagano večje upoštevanje temeljnih motivacijskih dejavnikov zaposlenih, podani so tudi predlogi za zmanjšanje njihove obremenjenosti. Sonček - Zvezo društev za cerebralno paralizo nekateri štejejo med najuspešnejše neprofitne organizacije v Sloveniji. Vpliv timskega dela na uspešnost njenega poslovanja je velik in odločilen.

Title:THE IMPACT OF TEAMWORK ON PERFORMANCE IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF SOCIETIES SONČEK
Abstract:In Master's work, we would like to emphasize the fact, that in the 21st century the most important advantage is knowledge. Slovenia is now on it's way to became a society of knowledge and the transition in companies is the response on globalisation. Rapid economical growth has consequences, that are mostly reduced by the non-profitable organizations. Those organizations are becoming the most important for the balance in the society. They are far too important to have an unprofessional management. In companies team work is more and more respected. They know that even the knowledge of the most educated and inteligent individual is not enough for solving nowadays problems, which are more and more complicated. Besides advantages, the team work also brings some problems. At the beginning, in the theoretical part, the surroundings of the research is represented. There are given the theoretical basis of management and team work. Defined is the goal and the intention of this work. We were researching the connection between practicing team work and the success of the company. We defined advantages and disadvantages of team work and it's meaning for the Association Sonček and were finding out whether the trust is the key part of the team work. In the research part the actual situation in the organization was observed through all given informations and data. The thesis were verified and in chapter seven also statistically presented. At the end the solutions are given based on the finding weaknesses in the organization we were researching. Some solutions are given, such as the consideration of workers motivation and how to reduce workers over exhaustion. Sonček – the society for cerebral paralysis is considered to be one of the most succesfull non-profitable organisation in Slovenia. And one of the main reason of this succes is team work.
