Abstract:
V predstavljenem specialističnem delu sem v teoretičnem delu prikazal pomen toleranc oblike in lege, vrste zobniških gonil, njihove karakteristike in značilnice, postopke ugotavljanja ustreznosti zobniških gonil v proizvodnem procesu s klasičnimi in sodobnimi sofisticiranimi merilnimi sistemi ter pa kakšni so lahko vplivi poznavanja oziroma nepoznavanja karakteristik merilne opreme. Praktični problem, ki sem ga obdelal v svojem specialističnem delu, izhaja iz moje poklicne vloge v podjetju, saj se kot vodja kontrole kakovosti nenehno srečujem s problemi zagotavljanja ustreznosti meritev in merilnih sistemov. Cilj izdelave mojega specialističnega dela je bil s pomočjo ustreznih meritev in merilne opreme določiti merila oziroma kriterije za optični nadzor kakovostnih karakteristik naših izdelkov. Ta merilna oprema je bila s pomočjo domačega zunanjega izvajalca namensko razvita za potrebe našega podjetja in predstavlja konkurenčno prednost pri zagotavljanju kakovosti končnih izdelkov. V specialističnem delu sem podal praktične rešitve za vizualno in dimenzijsko optično kontrolo kakovostnih karakteristik zobatih vencev za vztrajnike. V skladu s temi zahtevami so definirane kakovostne karakteristike in kriterije sprejemljivosti. V nalogi sem se omejil na proizvodni program podjetja, v katerem sem zaposlen ter na opremo, postopke, kadre in pogoje v podjetju. Postopki izdelave so determinirani z vzpostavljeno tehnologijo, postopki kontrole, ki sem jih v sklopu naloge izdelal, pa so vezani na obstoječo merilno in kontrolno opremo, pri načrtovanju katere sem tudi sam sodeloval. Pri izdelavi specialističnega dela so bile uporabljene predvsem metode vizualnega določanja napak na izdelkih, metode dvodimenzionalne obdelave video signalov, postopki merjenja dimenzij v dveh in treh koordinatah, eksperimentalne metode v obliki analize napak na osnovi obdelave vzorcev ter standardna metoda določanja merilne negotovosti.

OPTICAL CONTROL OF STARTER RING GEAR QUALITY CHARACTERISTICS
Abstract:
In the theoretical part of my specialized work I showed the importance of form and position tolerances, types of gear and their characteristics, the importance of compliance procedures of the gear in the production process with classical and modern sophisticated measuring systems, and what might be the influences of knowledge or lack of knowledge of the characteristics of the measuring equipment. The practical problem that I have treated in my thesis derives from my professional role in the company, because as a head of quality control I am continually confronted with the problems of ensuring the appropriateness of measurement and measuring systems. The aim of designing my specialized work was to establish the criteria for quality control of optical characteristics of our products by means of appropriate measurements and measuring equipment. The measuring equipment was developed with help of a domestic outsourcing partner specifically for the needs of our company and it presents competitive advantage in quality assurance of finished products. In my work, I made the practical arrangements for the visual and dimensional quality control of optical characteristics of ring gears for flywheels. In accordance with these requirements, the quality characteristics and acceptance criteria are defined. In my thesis I was limited to the production program of company in which I work, to the equipment, procedures, personnel and conditions in this company. Procedures of manufacturing are determined by the established technology, while the control procedures that I have made in the context of this thesis are related to the current measuring and control equipment, in the design of which I was also involved. In the process of conducting my specialized work I used primarily the visual method of determining errors in the products and also the methods of two-dimensional video signal processing, measurement procedures in two and three coordinates. I also employed the experimental methods in the form of error analysis based on the processing of samples and the standard method of determining the measurement uncertainty.
