Abstract:
Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela. V prvem delu govorimo o zdravstveni negi bolnice z rakom jajčnikom s poudarkom na preoperativni zdravstveni negi in pripravi bolnice na operativni poseg. Opisana je zgradba, delovanje in patologija jajčnikov, vse vrste zdravljenja raka jajčnikov, ki se uporabljajo pri nas in v svetu. Prav tako smo opredelili nekaj najpogostejših negovalnih diagnoz pri bolnicah z malignim obolenjem jajčnikov v preoperativnem obdobju in opisali težave, ki jih rak jajčnikov povzroča. V drugem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljena raziskava, ki smo jo opravili med zaposlenimi v zdravstveni negi na preoperativnih oddelkih v dveh delovnih organizacijah in sicer na Onkološkem inštitutu v Ljubljani in v splošni bolnišnici Celje. Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo dela, kot raziskovalni instrument pa vprašalnike polzaprtega tipa. Pri raziskavi je bila zagotovljena anonimnost in etičnost. V anketi je sodelovalo 54 anketirancev. Vprašalnik je vseboval 22 vprašanj, zanimalo pa nas je predvsem ali se medicinske sestre preveč posvečajo administrativni pripravi, ali imajo medicinske sestre dovolj časa za kakovostno psihično, fizično in administrativno pripravo na operativni poseg in ali imajo medicinske sestre dovolj znanja in izkušenj za izvajanje kakovostne celovite priprave na operativni poseg. Rezultati so pokazali, da medicinske sestre porabijo veliko časa za (od 30 min do 1 ure) celovito preoperativno zdravstveno nego bolnikov, da imajo zaposleni v zdravstveni negi dovolj znanja za kakovostno psihično, fizično in administrativno pripravo na operativni poseg, so bili mnenja vsi anketirani (100% pritrdilnih odgovorov). Prav tako pa so anketirani izrazili željo pa dodatnih izobraževanjih.

Preoperative nursing care of patient with ovarian cancer
Abstract:
The diploma work is divided into two parts. In the first part we talk about health care for patients with ovaries cancer with a focus on health care and preoperative preparation of patients to surgery. Described the structure, function and pathology of the ovaries, all types of ovarian cancer treatment used in our country and the world. We also identify some of the most frequent nursing diagnoses in patients with ovarian malignancies in the preoperative period and describe the problems that causes ovarian cancer. In the second part of her thesis presents a study that we conducted among employees in the preoperative nursing departments within two business organizations, namely the Institute of Oncology in Ljubljana and in the General Hospital Celje. We used descriptive method works as a research instrument is semi-type questionnaires. The survey was guaranteed anonymity and ethics. The survey involved 54 respondents. The questionnaire included 22 questions, but our interest is primarily or nurses over pay administrative preparation, or nurses have time to quality mental, physical and administrative preparation for surgery and whether nurses have sufficient knowledge and experience to implement a comprehensive quality preparation for surgery. Results showed that nurses spend a lot of time (from 30 min to 1 hour) for preoperative comprehensive care of patients, that those employed in nursing care enough knowledge for quality mental, physical and administrative preparation for surgery, have been the opinion of all respondents (100% fixing responses). Nor were interviewed expressed a desire and training.
