Abstract:Odločilni dejavnik trajnega uspeha podjetja je vsekakor kakovost. Podjetju daje upanje, da si bo pridobilo in obdržalo potrebno maržo. Kakovost je ta, ki privablja kupce, vpliva na njihovo zvestobo in iz njih celo naredi iskrene in prepričljivi glasnike. Seveda pa je potrebno omeniti tudi zaposlene, enega izmed najmočnejših dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na kakovost, saj organizacije predvsem z njimi ustvarjajo konkurenčno prednost. Zahteve odjemalcev se neprestano spreminjajo in postajajo vse bolj kompleksne, zato jim organizacija lahko uspešno sledi le ob stalnem učenju in razvijanju sposobnosti ljudi, zagotavljanju potrebnih virov in nenehnem izboljševanju proizvodov in procesov. Prav zaradi tega smo v diplomskem delu pisali o kakovosti v podjetju Iskrateling d.o.o. Podjetje Iskrateling d.o.o. pripisuje kakovosti zelo velik pomen. Vlaganje v znanje je stalnica v podjetja Iskrateling d.o.o. Usmerjenost na želje in potrebe kupcev ter močna pripadnost, velika odgovornost in zavezanost vodstva ter vseh zaposlenih za kakovost omogočajo stalno rast ter pozitivno prepoznavanje v okolju, kjer delujejo. V zadnjem delu diplomske naloge smo oblikovali anketni vprašalnik, s pomočjo katerega zaznavamo kakovost dela zaposlenih, proizvodov in storitev. Na podlagi analiziranega vprašalnika smo ugotovili, da je vlaganje podjetja Iskrateling d.o.o. v kakovost upravičena, saj so jo tako zaposleni kot kupci ocenili za zelo dobro. A kljub dobri kakovosti smo podali tudi lastno mnenje oziroma predloge, kako že obstoječo kakovost še izboljšati. Vsako kakovost se da izboljšati, pa naj še bo tako visoka. Zaposlene je potrebno motivirati, saj je motivacija gonilo, ki posameznika pripravi, da izkoristi svoje znanje, izkušnje in kreativnost za izvedbo določene naloge. Ker se čas hitro spreminja in znanje zastara, je potrebna prav tako stalnica rednega izobraževanja, ki se pojavlja v različnih oblikah: dokvalifikacija, prekvalifikacija, nadaljevanje šolanja ali študija, obisk krajših ali daljših seminarjev, delavnic, samoizobraževanje s pomočjo knjig in revij, nenehno sledenje novostim v stroki itd. Omeniti pa velja tudi timsko delo, ki prav tako pripomore k izboljšanju kakovosti. Timi so ključ za boljšo kakovost in konkurenčno prednost organizacije, saj je pretvorba znanja ljudi v proizvode učinkovitejša. Vsi poznamo pomen sinergije, ki pravi 1+1=3.

Title:THE QUALITY IN ISKRATELING D.O.O.
Abstract:The decisive factor of a company's permanent success is foremost quality. It gives a company hope to gain and keep the necessary margin. The quality is the one that attracts customers, influences their loyalty to the company and makes them sincere and persuasive spokespeople for the company. Of course we also have to mention employees, one of the strongest factors that influence the quality of a company and help organisations to gain competitive advantage. Consumer demands are constantly changing and tend to become more and more complex. An organisation can follow these demands only if its employees are continuously learning and developing their competencies and the company is ensuring necessary sources and constantly improving their products and processes. That is why the subject of this thesis is quality in company Iskrateling d.o.o. Iskrateling d.o.o. puts a lot of emphasis on quality. They constantly invest in knowledge and their orientation on customers' needs and wishes, a strong sense of belonging, responsibility and commitment of both management and employees all help with achieving quality, constant growth and positive company image in their environment. The last part of this thesis comprises of a questionnaire that helped us to identify the quality of the employees, products and services. We analysed the questionnaire and found that investing of Iskrateling d.o.o. in quality paid off, as it was highly rated by both employees and customers. In spite of this finding we added our own opinion and suggestions how to improve the already existing quality. No matter how high the quality is, it can always be improved. Employees need to be motivated, for motivation is what drives an individual forward and stimulates him to use his knowledge, experiences and creativity when performing a task. Times change quickly and knowledge becomes obsolete and regular education it is important. It can be done in different forms: additional qualification, re-qualification, continuation of training of studies, participating in various seminars and workshops, self-education with the help literature, following the novelties in the field etc. Another important factor is team work, which also helps with improving quality. Teams are a way to achieve better quality and competitive advantage of an organisation, as it helps to maximise the conversion of knowledge into practice. Everyone knows the meaning of synergy that states 1+1=3.
