Abstract:
V magistrski nalogi je opisan postopek razvoja informacijskega sistema za podporo odločanju pri izbiri najugodnejšega ponudnika storitev preko svetovnega spleta. Opisan je celoten postopek od analize in načrtovanja informacijskega sistema, preko definicij ekspertnih sistemov, primerov uporabe odločitvenih modelov na spletu, do izdelave večparameterskega modela kriterijev in praktične uporabe informacijskega sistema. Rezultat magistrske naloge je spletni portal InfoCity.si, ki trenutno obsega dva sklopa, in sicer rumene strani z ocenjevanjem podjetij in povpraševanja z odločitvenimi modeli za izbiro najugodnejšega ponudnika. InfoCity.si je po enem letu delovanja po raziskavi MOSS, ki jo izvaja Slovenska oglaševalska zbornica, prišel na 16. mesto najbolj obiskanih spletnih strani v Sloveniji. Trenutni doseg za mesec september 2009 je 204.108 različnih uporabnikov.

DECISION SUPPORT MODEL IN WEB PORTAL
Abstract:
This Master's thesis describes the development procedure of a decision support information system for choosing the most favorable service provider through the World Wide Web. The entire procedure - from analysis, planning of the information system, definition of expert systems, cases of use of decision support systems on the web, creation of a multiple criteria decision model and practical use of the information system is described. The result of this Master's thesis is a web portal called InfoCity.si, which at the moment comprises two modules: yellow pages with company assessments, and a decision support system module, which helps the user choose an optimum service provider. After one year of activity, InfoCity.si has reached the 16th place among the most visited web sites in Slovenia, according to the MOSS research, which was done by the Slovenian Advertising Chamber. In September 2009 a total of 204.108 different users have visited the aforementioned web portal.
