Abstract:
V diplomskem delu obravnavamo zaposlenost in migracije v Osrednjeslovenski regiji, rezultate primerjamo z Republiko Slovenijo. Gospodarski in družbeni razvoj določene regije je tesno soodvisen od trga dela: zaposlenost in migracije so odvisne od gospodarskega in družbenega razvoja - in obratno, gospodarski in družbeni razvoj je odvisen od zaposlenosti in migracij. V diplomskem delu smo raziskovali razmerje med Osrednjeslovensko regijo in celotno državo, Republiko Slovenijo z vidika nekaterih ključnih kazalcev trga dela oziroma zaposlenosti ter migracij. V tem okviru smo preverjali dve hipotezi, ki se nanašata na prednosti Osrednjeslovenske regije pri ključnih kazalcih trga dela in migracij za leto 2000 in 2007.

EMPLOYMENT AND MIGRATION IN CENTRAL REGION OF SLOVENIA
Abstract:
In der Diplomarbeit werden Beschäftigung und Migration in der Region Mittelslowenien betrachtet und die Ergebnisse mit der Republik Slowenien verglichen. Die wirtschaftliche und soziale Entwicklung einer bestimmten Regionen korreliert eng mit dem Arbeitsmarkt: Beschäftigung und Migration sind von der wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Entwicklung abhängig - und umgekehrt, die wirtschaftliche und soziale Entwicklung hängt von Beschäftigung und Migration ab. In der Diplomarbeit wird das Verhältnis zwischen der Region Mittelslowenien und dem ganzen Land, der Republik Slowenien, in Bezug auf einige der wichtigsten Indikatoren für Arbeitsmarkt bzw. Beschäftigung und Migration untersucht. In diesem Zusammenhang werden zwei Hypothesen geprüft, die sich auf die Vorteile der Region Mittelslowenien bei den wichtigsten Indikatoren für Arbeitsmarkt und Migration für 2000 und 2007 beziehen.
