Abstract:V diplomskem delu obravnavamo planiranje projektov po metodologiji ekstremnega programiranja. Predstavimo razloge za nastanek agilnih metodologij, pozitiven vpliv agilnosti na uspešnost projektov, na kratko predstavimo metodologijo ekstremnega programiranja, nadalje pa sledi še podroben prikaz njene prakse igre planiranja. Prikazane so tudi nekatere omejitve te prakse in zanje možne rešitve ter prilagoditve. Na primeru podjetja FJA Oda Team d.o.o je podrobno predstavljen prilagojen proces igre planiranja, kjer primerjamo predstavljeno teorijo s praktično izvedbo igre planiranja. Prikažemo tudi analizo veščine napovedovanja truda v omenjenem podjetju.

Title:XP PROJECT PLANNING PROCESS
Abstract:This paper discusses planning projects using extreme programming methodology. It presents the causes for the emergence of agile methodologies, the positive impact of agility on the success of projects, and a brief presentation of extreme programming methodology, followed by a detailed view on its planning practice named the planning game. Some limitations of this practice are pointed out, for which some possible solutions and adjustments to overcome them are provided. A study was made of FJA Oda Team d.o.o. software company's modified form of the planning game, where a comparison is made between presented theory and applied practice. In addition, the paper presents an analysis of the company's technique of estimating effort.
