Abstract:Zasnovana diplomska naloga, ki je pred vami, prikazuje izdelavo vpenjalne priprave za izbijanje jeder iz ulitka. Cilj te vpenjalne priprave je pospešiti izbijanje jedra iz ulitka ter hkrati zmanjšati stroške na operaciji izbijanja jedra. Tako smo se odločili zasnovati vpenjalno pripravo, ki bo v ciklusu izbijanja jeder izbijala dva kosa hkrati. Rezultati vseh vrednosti, katere se nam pojavljajo v diplomski nalogi, so izvleček iz simulacij, ki sem jih izvajal v programu Microsoft Excel. S pomočjo tega programa sem prišel do vrednosti katere ustrezajo vpenjalni pripravi. Rezultati celotnega projekta so bili pozitivni, vendar se bodo dejanski rezultati pokazali, ko bo vpenjalna priprava dejansko delovala brez večjih zastojev. Zagotavljam vam, da diplomsko delo, ki je pred vami, podaja veliko odgovorov na kakšen način se lotiti konstruiranja nove vpenjalne priprave.

Title:DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE OF NEW VICE TOOL FOR THE VIBRATION
Abstract:This diploma work, that lies in front you, shows the design procedure of a fastening device for knocking out cores from the cast. The goal of this fastening device is to accelerate the knocking out procedure and at the same time to lower the costs of the core knocking out operation. For this reason we decided to design a fastening device that will enable to knock out two cores at the same time. The results of all values, that are present in this diploma work, are an extraction of the simulations, which I have executed in the software program Microsoft Excel. With the help of this program I came to the right values, which fit for this fastening device. The results of the whole project were positive, but the actual results will show, when the fastening device works without greater delays. I ensure you, that this diploma work provides a lot of answers to the problematics on how to get started with the design of a new fastening device.
