Title:Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v podjetju Tuš Telekom d.d.

Abstract:Le zadovoljni zaposleni so lahko pri delu resnično učinkoviti in uspešni, in zato je vsaka organizacija lahko resnično učinkovita in uspešna le, če je v njej velika večina posameznikov zadovoljnih. Dejstvo je, da je organizacija močna le toliko, kolikor je močan človeški kapital v njej, človeški kapital pa bodo hitreje in intenzivneje generirali tisti posamezniki, ki so zadovoljni. To vpliva na krepitev celotnega kapitala organizacije, na večjo produktivnost in nadalje na krepitev finančnega kapitala organizacije (Mihalič, 2008, str. 4). V avgustu leta 2008 sem pričela s študentskim delom v podjetju Tuš Telekom d.d. in v letu dni se je zgodilo veliko organizacijskih sprememb, kar je vplivalo tudi na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, zato sem se tudi odločila za pisanje diplomske naloge na to temo. V uvodnem delu sem predstavila problem, podjetje Tuš Telekom d.d., omejitve in metode dela. V teoretičnem delu sem razložila teoretične osnove, ki so pripomogle k lažjemu razumevanju raziskovalnega dela. Na podlagi vprašalnika, kjer so bili glavni sklopi organiziranje, motivacija, nagrajevanje, komuniciranje, informiranje in funkcionalni pogoji za delo, sem ugotovila, kaj menijo zaposleni, da bi bilo potrebno izboljšati za večje zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Ugotovila sem, da na določenih področjih resnično prihaja do nezadovoljstva, ker oddelki slabo komunicirajo med seboj, ker informacije niso pravočasne, ker zaposleni nimajo možnosti dodatnega izobraževanja, ker niso seznanjeni z rezultati dela, ker nimajo realnih možnosti za napredovanje, premalokrat pa so tudi nagrajeni za dobro opravljeno delo. Zaposleni so podali tudi nekaj predlogov za izboljšanje zadovoljstva. Z upoštevanjem teh predlogov in z rezulatiti, ki smo jih dobili v raziskavi lahko podjetje odpravi te pomanjkljivosti in zaposleni bodo bolj zadovoljni, s tem pa bo organizacija delovala učinkovitejše in uspešnejše.

Title:SATISFACTION OF EMPLOYEES IN COMPANY TUŠ TELEKOM D.D.
Abstract:Only content workers can be truly efficient and successful at their work. That is why any organization can be truly efficient and successful only if there is a great majority of content individuals. The fact is that every organization is only as strong as the human capital in it. In addition, the human capital is generated much faster by content individuals. This strengthens the entire company capital, increases productivity and furthermore strengthens the financial capital of a company (Mihalič, 2008, p. 4). In August 2008 I started to work as a student in The Tuš Telekom d.d. company. There were a lot of organizational changes in one year, which clearly effected the contentment of employees. For this reason I have decided to write my thesis on this subject. In introduction I presented the problem, the Tuš Telekom d.d. company, restrictions and methods. In theoretical part I explained theoretical basis, which helped to better understanding of my research work. On the basis of a questionnaire - consisting of the following parts: organization, motivation, rewards, communication, giving information and functional work conditions - I established the employees’ opinion on what would have to improve for better contentment of workers. I found out that workers truly are discontent on distinct areas. That is because of bed communication between them, because of too late information, because of no real chances for promotion, no additional education, because workers are not informed about work results and because they are not rewarded for performing well. Employees also gave some suggestions on how to improve their contentment. Considering these suggestions and research results the company can loose these deficiencies and workers will be more content. In addition the company will be able to perform efficient and successful as it goal is.
