Abstract:V današnjem času gospodarske recesije je še kako pomembno, kako se podjetje prilagaja spremembam na trgu. Danes ni dovolj, da podjetje nudi konkurenčno uslugo, ampak so pomembni dejavniki, ki vplivajo na to. Ključ do uspešnega podjetja so motivirani in zadovoljni zaposleni. Tega se zavedajo tudi uspešni slovenski managerji. Visoko motivirani zaposleni so potencialni vir podjetja. Dobri poslovni rezultati, večja produktivnost in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih temeljijo na uspešno vodenem sistemu nagrajevanja in motiviranja zaposlenih. Takšno podjetje bo uspelo zadržati ključne kadre, ki k organizacijskem razvoju in uspešnosti največ pripomorejo. Pripadnost zaposlenih v podjetju dosežemo z zadovoljstvom, namreč če bomo zagotavljali zadovoljstvo pri delu, bodo zaposleni na svojem delovnem mestu uspešni. Ukrepi, ki jih uvajamo za večje zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, za zagotovitev večje uspešnosti in učinkovitosti vedno vplivajo na večjo uspešnost zaposlenih in posledično na večjo uspešnost podjetja. Managerji in zaposleni morajo biti zavezniki. Med njimi mora biti medsebojno sodelovanje. Če vsak od njih prispeva svoje ideje, znanje, prizadevanje, napore, da bi dosegli skupen cilj, pomeni, da skupaj nastopajo kot zavezniki, ki imajo skupen interes in cilj. Takšno sodelovanje sproža zadovoljstvo in omogoča skupen uspeh pri delu. Iz tega lahko sklepamo, da so motivacija, zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in primeren sistem nagrajevanja ključnega pomena za dobro poslovanje podjetja. V podjetju Deportivo d.o.o. smo izvedli raziskavo, ki je pokazala, kako so zaposleni zadovoljni s svojim delom in kaj bi želeli spremeniti. V podjetju se zelo zavedajo pomena zadovoljstva zaposlenih, zato jim je omenjena raziskava, pripomogla k še boljšemu sodelovanju vodstva in delavcev ter s tem še k uspešnejšemu poslovanju podjetja.

Title:MANAGEMENT ASPECTS OF SATISFACTION OF EMPLOYEES IN THE COMPANY DEPORTIVO D.O.O.
Abstract:In today's times of economic downturn, is especially important, how the company adapts to changes in the market. Today, it is not enough that the offers a competitive service, but are important factors affecting this. The key to successful company are motivated and satisfied employees. This is also aware of the successful of Slovenian managers. Highly motivated employees are a potential source of the company. Good business results, increased productivity and employee satisfaction, are based on successfully led system of rewarding and motivating employees. Such a company will be able to retain key personnel who contribute the most to organization development and success. Satisfaction leads to a feeling of employees to belong to a company. The employees will be successful at their job positions, if we guarantee satisfaction at work. The steps that we are implementing for higher satisfaction of employees, for guaranteeing higher success and effectiveness, always influence higher success of employees and in the end phase also higher success of a company. Managers and employees have to be allies. There has to be mutual cooperation among them. If each of them contributing their ideas, knowledge, efforts and if everyone contributes their share to achieve a common goal this means that together they act as allies with common interest and goal to be achieved. Such cooperation raises the satisfaction in joint success in the work. From this it can be concluded that motivation, employee satisfaction and an appropriate system is crucial for good performance of the company. Among employees in the company Deportivo d.o.o. we carried a survey, which showed management how are employees satisfied with their work and what would they like to change. Because the company is very aware of the importance satisfaction of employees, so with study, we did help to further improve to cooperation of management and employees, in order to continue to successfully business interprises.
