Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi sem predstavila motiviranje in nagrajevanje zaposlenih v teoriji in nato še na podlagi praktičnega primera, in sicer podjetja Dolinšek-S, d.o.o. V današnjem času, ko je konkurenčna bitka na trgu neizprosna, se mora vsako podjetje potruditi, da čim bolje zadovolji potrebe in želje strank, predvsem pa svojih zaposlenih, saj so le-ti najpomembnejši element za doseganje dobrih poslovnih rezultatov. Zaposleni morajo biti zato ustrezno motivirani, saj so motivirani ljudje bolj zagnani za svoje delo, imajo drugačen odnos do dela, dosegajo boljše rezultate in posledično tudi podjetje bolje posluje. Usklajeni način motivacije in nagrajevanja zaposlenih predstavlja ideal vsakega podjetja.

Title:
MOTIVATION AND REWARDING OF EMPLOYEES IN A COMPANY DOLINŠEK-S, LTD.
Abstract:
In diploma I presented motivation and rewarding of employees in theoretical and also in practical example on company Dolinsek-S, ltd. Within today's time, when competition on market is inexorable, the company needs to make an effort to satisfy the needs and desire of its customers and especially of its employees, because they are considered to be the most important element for achieving good business results of a company. Employees must be properly motivated, because motivated employees will have more elan for their work, have different attitude to their work, have better results and consecutively the company operates better. Adjusted method of motivation and rewarding of employees presents ideal of every company.
