Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je osredotočenje na dejavnikih učinkovitosti in uspešnosti managementa. Uspešnost se meri v soodvisnosti od poslovnih funkcij: uspešnost v nabavi pomeni zadostne finance, konkurenčne nabavne cene, nizke zaloge, itd. Uspeh podjetja se največkrat meri z ugodnimi finančnimi kazalniki, predvsem pa sta važni ekonomičnost in donosnost poslovanja. Uspešnost se kaže tudi v urejenosti podjetja, z vedenjem zaposlenih, z ustvarjalnostjo in inovativnostjo. Ugled podjetja je prav tako pokazatelj uspešnosti managerja, saj prikazuje sposobnost plačevanja, zaupanje pri kreditiranju itd. Kakovost poslovanja podjetja najbolje prikazujejo analize učinkovitosti in uspešnosti posameznega managerja. Vedno pomembnejši dejavnik pa je tudi etično vodenje. Pri ocenjevanju osebne učinkovitosti in uspešnosti posameznega managerja se gleda predvsem na dogovarjanje ter doseganje ciljev in planov.

THE JUDGEMENT CRITERION OF MANAGEMENT'S EFFICIENCY AND SUCCESSFULNESS
Abstract:
In thesis the main focus lies on factors of management’s efficiency and successfulness. The Successfulness is measured in the interaction of business functions: successfulness in the supply means: enough finances, competitive supply prices, low stocks, etc..The success of the organization is mostly measured with favourable finance indicators, especially important are economy and profitability of business. Successfulness is shown also with the tidy business environment, with the employees behavior, woth creativity and innovation. The image of the company is also the indicator of the manager’s successfulness, as it shows the payment ability, the credit confidence, etc.. Business quality are the best presented wit efficiency and successfulness analysis of each single manager. Always more important indicator is also ethical beahaviour. With estimation of personal efficiency and successfulness of each manager especially the plans and their realizations are being checked.
