Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava postopek trdnostne analize jeklene konstrukcije vrtljivega žerjava. Trdnostni izračun je izveden numerično po MKE. Izračun temelji na smernicah standarda SIST DIN 15018. Za konstrukcijo žerjava se je izdelal 3D geometrijski model v programu Pro/Engineer. Numerični model za trdnostno analizo smo izdelali v programu Abaqus, s katerim smo konstrukcijo analizirali in pridobili vse potrebne rezultate za dokazovanje ustreznosti konstrukcije. V zadnjem delu so predstavljeni vsi rezultati analize, s katerimi dokazujemo nosilnost in uporabnost konstrukcije.

Title:
DIMENSIONING OF STEEL STRUCTURE OF CRANE
Abstract:
Diploma work deals with the calculation of steel structure of crane. Strength calculation is performed numerically by FEM. The calculation is baseing on the guidelines of the standard SIST DIN 15018. For the crane structure was build a 3D geometric model in Pro/Engineer. Numerical model for stress analysis was made with Abaqus, with which we analyzed the structure and acquired the necessary results to prove the adequacy of the structure. At the end of the diploma work are all results that we obtained with the analaysis. With achieved results was proved serviceability and load capacity of the structure.
