Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava lokalni energetski koncept (LEK) občine Gorišnica, ki pomeni osnovo za postavitev in izvajanje ustrezne okoljske in energetske politike.
Keywords:energetski pregled, lokalni energetski koncept, obnovljivi viri energije, učinkovita raba energije, energetski zakon.

Title:LOCAL ENERGETIC CONCEPT OF MUNICIPALITY GORIŠNICA
Abstract:This diploma work deals with the Local Energy Concept of the Gorišnica municipality (LEC). A Local Energy Concept is the basis for the creation and implementation of the sustainable energy policy in a municipality. During the LEC development the energy consumption in the whole municipality (in the industry, in the public buildings, and in the households), availability of the renewable energy sources are analysed and critical points of the energy supply in the municipality were set. It was evident that the largest energy consumers in the Gorišnica municipality are the households. The level of energy consumed for the heating the buildings and hot water is as follows: heating oil 55 % and wood 32 %. It is also evident that specific electricity consumption of the public lighting exceeds the allowed value set by the Slovenian legislation. Proposed activities for the sustainable energy development in the municipality of Gorišnica are organizational measures, raising energy awareness of the citizens, consulting for the renewable energy sources and energy efficiency, sustainable construction of the public buildings and family houses (low energy and passive buildings), implementation of the biomass heating installation and development of the sustainable mobility.
Keywords:Local Energy Concept, Energy Audit, Renewable Energy Sources, Rational Energy Consumption, Energy Act.
