Title:MANAGER IN VODENJE PODJETJA

Abstract:V diplomskem delu sem predstavila managerja v procesu vodenja podjetja in tudi njegovo vlogo v teamu. Manager, ki stoji na čelu sodobnega podjetja, ima v podjetju velik vpliv na delovanje podrejenih sodelavcev, ki s svojim delom pripomorejo k uspešnosti organizacije. Osredotočila sem se na proučevanje managerja z vidika lastnosti, nalog kot so planiranje, organiziranje, vodenje in kontroliranje, na proučevanje karakteristik pri katerih sem opredelila managerja z vidika strateških, organizacijskih, operativnih in osebnostnih karakteristik, ter na proučevanje navad in najpogostejših poslovnih napak. Manager je torej tisti, ki ga deležniki, ustanovitelji pooblastijo za obvladovanje celotne organizacije ali le del te z namenom, da bi ta učinkovito in uspešno dosegala zastavljene cilje. S pomočjo avtorjev sem prišla do ugotovitev, da so nekateri posamezniki boljši, drugi slabši vodje. Dobri vodje so predvsem tisti, kateri ne apelirajo samo na razum svojih zaposlenih, ampak na njihovo srce, ter usmerjajo pozornost na cilj in ne na sebe, takšni so transformacijski vodje, kateri so dober vzor zaposlenim. Managerji bi povečali uspešnost organizacije, če bi zaposlenim dodeljevali pomembne naloge in jim z tem izkazovali zaupanje, ter povečali njihovo produktivnost in pripadnost organizaciji, saj njihovo delo več zanje ne bi bila rutina ampak osebno zadovoljstvo in z tem bi bili zastavljeni cilji v organizaciji uresničeni hitreje in učinkoviteje. Da pa bi managerji ohranili pregled nad organizacijo in da se ne bi znašli v konfliktnih situacijah morajo ukrepati pravočasno, torej preden se problemi v organizaciji sploh pojavijo, jih morajo proučiti in se nanje pripraviti. Pri vsem tem pa se morajo posluževati tudi pravilnih stilov vodenja, ki so za dano organizacijo najboljša izbira, tako tudi za zaposlene, kot za managerja glede na njegove lastnosti. Predstavila sem tudi na katere poslovne napake morajo biti pozorni managerji, da nebi ogrozili podjetja katerega vodijo. Uspešni managerji se morajo posluževati sodobne informacijske tehnologije, katera jim pomaga pri odločanju in pri delu v teamu. V diplomskem delu sem predstavila sodobno informacijsko tehnologijo (Cisco TelePresence), ki vodjem, z različnih koncev sveta omogoča lažjo izmenjavo informacij in z tem se zmanjšuje čas in stroški službenih potovanj. Teze postavljene na začetku diplomskega dela, ki pravita, da za uspešno vodenje podjetja potrebujemo dobrega managerja, ter da vodenje podjetja zahteva strokovno znanja managerja in teamsko delo ob sodobni tehnologiji, so se skozi nalogo potrdile. Uspešen manager je torej usmerjen v sodobno tehnologijo, ki mu pomaga pri doseganju zastavljenih ciljev organizacije, pripravljen je na nenehno prilagajanje spremembam, na delo v teamu in na vseživljenjsko učenje.

Title:MANAGER AND LEADING THE COMPANY
Abstract:In my diploma work, I presented the manager in the process of management and his role in the team. Manager, who stands at the forefront of modern businesses, has a large impact on the functioning of subordinate employees, who through their work contribute to the success of the organization. I focused on the study of a manager in terms of features, functions such as planning, organizing, managing and controlling, to study the characteristics of which I have identified the manager in terms of strategic, organizational, operational, and personality characteristics, and the study habits and most of the errors. Manager is therefore the one that founders empower to cope with the entire organization or part of it in order to effectively and successfully achieve its objectives. With the help of the authors I have come to the conclusion that some individuals are better leaders than other. Good leaders are essentially those which not only appeal on the understanding of their employees, but also at their heart, and focus attention on the goal and not on themselves, such are the Head of the transformation, which is a good example to employees. Managers would increase the performance of the organization if the employees were given important assignments and by that would demonstrate the confidence, and increase their productivity and adherence to the organization because their work would not be a routine but would become a personal satisfaction. The objectives of the organization would be achieved more quickly and efficiently. However, managers should maintain an overview of the organization so that they do not get caught in conflict situations. Therefore, before the problems appear in the organization, they must consider them and be prepared. In all of this they must use the correct leadership styles which are the best choice for the organization, as well as for employees, and the manager. I also presented the errors on which managers should be alert and would jeopardize the companies which they run. Successful managers must use modern information technology, which helps them in decision-making and in working in a team. In diploma work I presented a modern information technology (Cisco TelePresence), which enables the leaders from different parts of the world to exchange the information and reduces the time and cost of business trips. Theses placed at the beginning of graduate work, say that for the successful running of a business we need a good manager, and that management requires specialized knowledge of the manager and team work along with modern technology, and they have been confirmed throughout my work. A successful manager is therefore aimed at the modern technology to assist him in achieving the objectives of the organization; he is willing to continually adapt to change, to work in a team and for lifelong learning.
